Italy with my favorite tour guide 🇮🇹🤍

We swam in Lake Como, road-tripped through Tuscany, made some pasta and somehow survived the record-breaking heat wave that hit Europe this week 🤗

Another trip around the sun!!!! 30 was fueled by Diet Coke and consisted of lots of selfies, mom-ing, shared custody and FaceTiming my kids, the funnest travels, good food, pretending to know stuff about skincare, hardly any pictures with friends, and beautiful, evolving unconventional family dynamics. I learned more about who I am and what I want and I think I’m walking into 31 most sure of myself I’ve ever been!!! (Said with the word “think” in there 🤪).

Life has not gone the way I thought it would, but I’m so ready to walk into a new year and continue to create the future I want!! Happy birthday to me and happiest change, progression and confidence to everyone (cause that’s what birthdays are all about)!!!!

I’ll never apologize for being a big birthday girl and will shamelessly celebrate loudly every year!! My mom taught me from a young age that every day we have here is a gift and I’m so grateful for another 365 days of living 🥹✨

Film Review: Evil Influencer: The Jodi Hildebrandt Story Genre: True Crime/Drama
Rating: 7/10

Evil Influencer: The Jodi Hildebrandt Story is a chilling true-crime dramatization that explores the dark side of online authority, manipulation, and abuse hidden behind the language of self-help and morality. The film takes a disturbing real-life case and presents it in a way that’s unsettling not because of spectacle, but because of how believable and gradual the harm becomes.

The movie focuses on how Jodi Hildebrandt’s influence grew, particularly through her confident presence, rigid beliefs, and the trust she gained from vulnerable families. What makes the story especially disturbing is how normalized her behavior initially appears — the film shows how control can masquerade as guidance and how emotional manipulation often comes before overt abuse.

Performances are strong, especially in portraying the slow shift from authority figure to antagonist. The tone is serious and heavy throughout, with little relief, which fits the subject matter but can make the viewing experience emotionally intense. The pacing is steady, though some moments feel restrained, likely to avoid sensationalizing the real events.

While the film doesn’t dive deeply into every detail of the case, it succeeds in highlighting the broader warning signs of coercive control, blind trust in influencers, and the dangers of unchecked power — especially when mixed with moral absolutism.

Evil Influencer: The Jodi Hildebrandt Story is not an easy watch, but it’s an important one. It serves as a sobering reminder to question authority, recognize red flags, and understand how influence can be weaponized behind a carefully curated image.

I didn’t get pictures with everyone, but I’m so grateful for those that came to my ice-skating event last night! I love my job and that I’m able to hang out with so many amazing people every single day!

playing in the sun,
blowing bubbles,
picking flowers and making them into bouquets,
finding the perfect stick.
showing it all to dad.
doing it all with dad.
I am not a claimed family photographer but these moments are too precious not to share, so I’m BREAKING THE RULES. This was the sweetest dad-daughter combo, and I’m so grateful I got to capture the important and beautiful connections between the three of them. 🥲🤍
Just look how sweet ??
