What’s the hardest bench you’ve ever attempted? 👇

This bench press 365lbs was a new PR. I wasn’t expecting this new build up strength, but as I went progressively on weight, everything was moving smooth that made me go up an extra 10lbs on 355. Funny enough I didn’t realize it was a new PR until I did it lol. My spotter mentioned I had another rep in me so new PR coming soon once again.

What’s the hardest leg exercise in your opinion?

We all know obstacles will show up in your life and you must be able to counter them. Not every day will be rainbow and sunshine. But consistency is built on showing up anyway. If you have a negative event, recognize it and stay positive. Always be at your best no matter the aftermath. Consistency is key 🔑 Train hard, recover well, and keep moving forward!

Every PR starts with doubt

This is in fact my first time hitting a 500lb PR through conventional deadlift. I felt very confident with this weight, I know I had more in the tank for another rep but we will continue at the end of this week. Let’s keep moving forward!
