✨ LAZY LAMHE — PART ONE ✨

Part One is all about tapping into that feminine energy ✨

Think sexy moves, playful expressions, a little nakhra and LOTS of attitude.

A Bollywood fusion choreo where we’re not just learning the steps — we’re learning how to FEEL them.

Soft. Flirty. Confident. And a little extra… because Bollywood. 💅🏽

Part Two coming up next! 👀

Would you believe me if I told you this was only her SECOND class?! 🥹💖

Preeti had never taken a formal dance class before — and this is exactly why I say beginners are ALWAYS welcome.

You don’t need experience, perfect musicality or to pick up choreo instantly. You come here to LEARN. ✨

We break it down, practise together and go at your pace.

From her first class to this — look at that progress!

So if you’ve been thinking “I can’t dance”…

Come prove yourself wrong. 😉

Dance gave me a part of myself back, and teaching is my way of sharing that feeling with others. 💖

I want my classes to be a space where you can let go, express yourself, feel good in your body and realise that YES, you absolutely can dance.

But more than anything, I want to build a community of women who show up as themselves, dance without judgement and hype each other up every step of the way. ✨

That’s my why. 🩷

Chanakya workshop by @dancewithanchita organised by @thekomalife
It always feels good to learn something new 🥰 🥰but to perform a dance piece then and there only just after learning for an hour is always challenging 😥😢😢
Please ignore my confused facial expression, I was trying to figure out the next step 🥹🥹😅😅😬

Introducing Bombshell Special

Bombshell Body has always been about women showing up for other women. Going beyond our Bombshell classes, Bombshell Special is where we invite women with their own ideas, concepts and creative energy to bring something new to our community.

It is a platform where we support women who are building something of their own.

For our first Bombshell Special, we present @bollyreggaesg, a beginner-friendly choreography class blending Bollywood energy with reggae inspired moves.

This is @whereisnivvy's own class concept and choreography, independently created and taught by her, with Bombshell Body providing the platform to help bring it to life.

Bombshell Body isn't only about building our own community. We want to use that community to help other women build too.

Class starts 16 Sept. Link in bio to book. Purchase or use your existing Bombshell credits to book.

Sometimes life gets so busy that we slowly stop making time for the things we love.

For me, that was dance. Coming back after years away wasn’t easy, but somewhere between being a student again, learning, struggling and simply enjoying the music, I started finding my spark again.

And I’ve realised there are so many of us with similar stories—just trying to find our way back to the things that once made us happy.

So if you’ve been missing that part of yourself too, come dance with me at Bolly Reggae. 💕 A little space to switch off from life, move, laugh and just feel free again.
