For this project, our client wanted a custom entry that would complement the home's traditional architecture.
We helped order the custom door and sidelights, worked with a local mill to fabricate the unit, and then completed the installation and finishing details on site.
Thanks to artist and designer Bobby Sikes @sikes.bobby10 and designer Britt Adams @whitbydesigns for the design and finish.
The result is a beautiful, one-of-a-kind entrance that feels right at home.
Custom selected. Locally fabricated. Professionally installed.

There is something special about watching a home take on new character. This portico started as a set of architectural drawings, and today it stands as a fully built, beautifully integrated entryway that adds depth, protection, and presence. From structural footings to trim details, our crew brought this design to life with accuracy and care. Another project completed.
Thanks to artist and designer Bobby Sikes @sikes.bobby10 and designer Britt Adams @whitbydesigns for the design and collaboration on this portico—we handled the fabrication and installation on site.

what an absolute honor it has been working with interior designer Britt of @whitbydesigns on this commissioned painting✨

This painting will proudly hang in a stunning primary suite and marries the color palettes of two hero fabrics featured in the bedroom and adjoining bathroom. I love when art is a statement — and I especially love when it can also serve as a visual bridge between rooms!

As one of my final few commissions before taking maternity leave, this piece will forever hold a special place in my heart. Install day — here we come!! ✨

What we bought vs. what we made it

🌿 Comment Nursery for links 🌿

It’s hard to believe it’s been over 3 years since we worked on my son’s nursery with @whitbydesigns. This room went from a beige box to classic nursery brimming with color and texture.

My favorite details are the wainscoting my husband (and several relatives) DIY’d, the @farrowandball Light Blue No. 22 paint, Grasscloth wallpaper, vintage dresser Britt sourced via Facebook Marketplace, and the Lincoln Toile Thibaut pillow covering.

Before I knew it, my baby boy was ready to trade the crib for a twin bed and we began preparing this room for another baby. More to come on how we turned this sweet blue room to an English Cottage-inspired nursery for my daughter 🌷 But in the meantime I’ll always remember the precious memories this room holds.

A big girl bed deserves a big girl monogram. 🎀 This room by @whitbydesigns is exactly why we’ll never get over personalized bedding. The pink banding, oversized monogram, mix of pattern and crisp white, and perfectly coordinated bolster feel sweet without feeling babyish and traditional without feeling too serious.

Our favorite trick for a kids’ room is to start with classic white bedding and use trim color and monogramming to give it personality. Choose one accent color and repeat it throughout the bed, go bigger than you think on the monogram, and mix in a print instead of making every piece match.

Comment MONOGRAM if you want help creating the look!

A shameless St. Patty’s excuse to revisit some of my favorite green projects and pieces. Also realizing green is basically a neutral at this point. 🤷‍♀️ One of the most versatile colors to paint and design with. Feeling lucky to be able to do what I love and share it with you all!
