This room feels like a warm and happy hug. Our Sandy Springs project pantry + laundry right off the kitchen got a major upgrade and we are thrilled with how it turned out. The @jordanconnellystudio wildflower wallpaper was the jumping off point and is truly the star of the show. A look at some before and afters of our first flip house, Duke Cottage! From a full exterior makeover, knocking down walls to create an open floor plan, installing a brand new open kitchen, designing a hidden pantry, and adding a large back porch, no space in this home went untouched! See more pictures of the after at the link in my bio! by @whitbydesigns

Behind the scenes of the last two weeks — starting with our Sandy Springs Project. Sconce placement before mirror is templated. Love the warmth these bring to the bathroom! Completely obsessed with this corner on “Her” side. Never enough storage and with no windows in this bathroom the mirror does wonders for the light! Polished Nickel is always first choice in a bathroom for me. Clean and timeless. Oh hi 👋 beautiful. I can’t wait to show ya’ll this closet in full. I don’t know if I’ll ever get over it! Downstairs at the same house…waiting on screens and heaters to go in. Double sided fireplace enjoyed from the screen porch and the dining area. This lantern is our art 🤗 Custom grill area and furniture coming soon. Selection for a super quick refresh with a former client just in time to host a party! Eyeing at auction @ahlersogletree This piece at @sarahcyrushome was in my dreams last night. Video walk-through for @caitlynjoinercreative and @elizabethlaurengranger as we prep to photograph this house in a few weeks! Install details in Ball Ground >> Half Tester going up! Custom table by His Hands Carpentry fit for a king. Will now be lining all my curtains in ticking stripe. A big boy room and a @sarahlee.fineart mural. The colors are perfection. Wallpaper up in Ansley Park! by @whitbydesigns

“Ready to face any challenges that might be foolish enough to face me.” — Dwight Schrute Feels appropriate because the Whitby office is officially open for business. 🫡 We’ve come a LONG way from the little brown shed we started with, and I’m so excited to finally be working in here. Now comes my favorite part — letting it evolve and adding the things that make a brand-new space feel collected. Still on the list: — Hang our scheming pinboard. Over the desks or at eye level? Currently taking votes. — Hunt down the perfect antique lantern because this room desperately needs something old. — Add a big worktable in the center for all the fabric, samples + general client-project chaos. — ART. Lots of it. Basically, the renovation is finished. The decorating will never be finished. Obviously. @marycampbellcobb @suttonhaus @lily._.pettit by @whitbydesigns

Big brother couldn’t be left out of the new house, new room party! We reused many of the pieces selected in his previous room — adding in a new rug, fans, built in desk & dresser (currently properly covered in Legos), and some new cordless roman shades. Next up: windows, art, and finding an attractive Lego storage solution 🤪 by @whitbydesigns

If you have to work 9 to 5, your office should at least be this good. For an executive who lives on Zoom, loves a jewel tone, and wanted her office to feel a little French, every choice had a job to do. Saturated plum that loves the sunlight (and her wardrobe), walls wrapped in chinoiserie, hidden storage for the real-life stuff, plants in the window, and a little bench for a kid to pop in—or a change of scenery between calls. A workspace designed around the woman working in it. And yes, her Zoom background absolutely wins. #DollyParton #WouldApprove #homeoffice by @whitbydesigns

A room that feels like those last days of summer. Bright and happy, but cozy when the sun sets and the lamps flicker on. Still in love with this past project in Sandy Springs! by @whitbydesigns

Big girl bed and big girl room loading…a few more layers to add to my daughter’s room before I’m ready to show you the whole space, but this little pink-loving girl is obsessed! P.S. searched high and low for a cute 4-letter monogram with no luck. Someone please design this, please and thank you 🙏 by @whitbydesigns

Small space. Surprisingly big renovation. 😅 What started as a backyard shed became a full gut-and-rethink—from moving doors and raising ceilings to HVAC, electrical, custom built-ins and everything in between. No reveal yet… but she’s come a LONG way. by @whitbydesigns
