Shades on, girls squad ready, and we owned the night at JLo’s fiery Madrid show! Dancing with my ladies to Jenny From The Block, because Love Don’t Cost A Thing—but this hangover’s charging me double the next day!

Happy Go Lucky - a mantra given to me when I had a numerology reading about 4 years ago. Practising connecting to my innate happiness with meditation, breathwork and movement to dust off the accumulated crud of thoughts and emotions that collect in daily life and cloud my inner joy, gratitude practices morning and night (when I remember!) so I can see the wood for the trees all help me. And when I’m feeling happy, life flows easier. I see and feel more ‘luck’ and ‘lucky’ and notice those little blessings that otherwise get overlooked 🤩. What’s your mantra? 💫
