summer’s almost over, so we’re sending it off properly.
Join Mocha HAUS for a summer sendoff at Thomas Beach at Bde Maka Ska in Minneapolis on August 30 for an evening of a restorative sound bathing (with @whomightshebee) , guided journaling, mocktails, wellness + a few surprises.

Think: slowing down, reflecting on the season you’re leaving behind, getting intentional about what’s next, and spending a summer night by the lake with good people.

Come alone or bring a friend 🦢 either way, we saved you a spot

This is what stepping out of fight-or-flight looks like across 3 different sessions, including Mary, who called her reset “a deep release and pure bliss” (her words, not mine lol)

Together with certified sound bath therapist @whomightshebee we offer a truly safe, clean, and sensory-rich environment for a complete 2-hour system reset:

* Tailored 1-on-1 breathwork + aromatherapy
* Assisted yoga stretches & hands-on pressure
* Private 30-min Soundbath & guided meditation
* “4 Tha Luv” nervous system cacao potion
* Time for reflection & integration

DM me to get more details or claim a spot on the calendar.

The first round of Feline Frequencies was an occasion to remember and never forget🌷 The ancestors were present and we are empowered by eachothers existence. I love what this became on Sunday and it's all because the womb-carriers of the worlds came together authentically. Thankyou thankyou thankyou to my co-facilitators:

About 2 months ago now, I was physically assaulted. I centered my abuser in my day to day life, my romance, and knew something was terribly wrong when I began centering them around my healing... not realizing holding my agressor accountable can't always be the first thing on my to-do list.

July 5th @whomightshebee , @healing.raes , @@yamsinterlude and I will be overcompensating for our healing. Our wombs not only carry the weight of our own traumas but the weight of the worlds too. It took me so long to realize what overstimulation looked like in my body because I have been so accustomed to taking. On. Everything. During this event, we will be offering:

-Womb massages
-Soundbowl therapy
-Yoga flow
-Waistbead craftmaking
-Herbal medicine/yoni steam making
-Greif/Rage circle and processings
-Somatic Dance Class

All accessible to you.

This beautiful event is planned for the womban and fem-identifying queens to collectively share intentional space in our restoration because once women heal, the world follows. Please join us in this NOTAFLOF event, curated with love and intention.

And remember, you are never alone.

Community is woven into everything that happens here. So much so, we even take it for granted.

So it’s nice to appreciate and call out from time to time the whole reason we came into being—the diverse, vibrant, amazing people that make this place what it is and who are writing what it will be tomorrow.

Loneliness is very much a real affliction, affecting millions. The good news is there are antidotes for it.

Come by soon for a daily dose.
