SEEKING DONATIONS for a camp for kids that have been, or are currently in, the foster care system in Los Angeles.

Picture 1: A child’s delicate, thoughtful painting on my face.
Picture 2: The work of children with too much tape asking, “What can we do to Ryan today?”

Would you believe it’s almost time to do it all over again? I’m seeking donations for a 5-day overnight camp for these amazing kids. This will be my 9th year serving alongside RealityLA and For the Children/RFKC (Royal Family Kids Camp).

This camp is for kids ages 6-12. We get to see returning campers every year and have seen some of them through each age. Throughout the year, some campers have also attended our mentorship program in which they see their counselor and fellow campers every month. When they reach 12, we spend our last morning together hearing each of their counselors speak to their character. The camper also has the opportunity to share with everyone what their counselor and their time at camp has meant to them. This is a profoundly beautiful moment filled with tears of love and gratitude. To see them feel loved, valued, worthy, capable, confident—that they feel at home in this place, that they feel known by their Heavenly Father—it is a true gift to witness.

This year, we’ll be welcoming 42 new and returning kids to camp. All-in, it costs over $850 per camper this year. I’m seeking to raise that amount or more as part of our larger team goal of $75,000. This goes to paying for the campsite, food, lodging, activities, supplies, birthday gifts, and everything else involved with camp. Our funds are also used to spur on our year-long mentorship program.

If you’d like to donate, there are two links in my bio. You can donate via PushPay or directly to me via Venmo.

Anything you donate is a huge help and your prayers are always appreciated.

Thank you reading this. If you’d like to hear more about camp, feel free to message me!

Camp takes place mid June ✨

P.S. The last picture features a stunning creation/performance a camper put on at our talent show.

2025 was a year of shedding and immense growth. It tested me and my relationships. So grateful for the health, family and friends. And all the new people I met and got to work with. Thankful for the opportunities and the little (and not so little) goals I achieved. 💫

Thank you for supporting me the past year! It means the world! ♥️

Walking into 2026 with a curious and open mind. With no pressure and no expectations. But I have a good feeling about it 💫

Happy New Year to you all! May it be exactly what you wish for it to be!!

That moment, your soul cries out for a lost friend! Jonathan @padillacomposer projects so much power and emotion with his voice. When he proposed the very first version of this song, I teared up. Please cherish the people in your life. They can be lost or stolen without warning 😣
