During our summer pilot, we left five disposable cameras around the house for runners to take into the mountains and around Fujimi. Here are the best shots that made it out!

A collection of end of summer bliss 🌞

From sunsets over the mountains,

to slightly less aesthetic early mornings in industrial estates.

There’s been rides yapping with friends,

And some spicy solo sessions.

Frequently had to pinch myself - because what a beautiful place we live in,

as well as always being prepared to pinch some bravas from the table.

Spent time with all of my favourite people (and their fur babies),

and reached my max HR way too many times.

Girona did Girona things.

And triathletes did triathlon things.

Lake swims…

…fairy floss clouds

And dinner parties.

With lots of toes and fast bubbles in my face,

caffeine and pastries in my belly.

Summer has been salty and stuck around for a long time this year.

But the sky keeps putting on a damn beautiful show.

And these pair are a really good tow.

Into autumn we go 🍂 (damn, should’ve made this whole things rhyme)

More important than a race recap:

Next year's theme at @project.fearless is Think Globally, Act Locally and this weekend felt like the perfect preview of that in action. Encouraging people to get their hands dirty (or very colorful) for a good cause. And I know no one’s going to believe me when I say - it wasn’t my idea…

This weekend at @seaottereurope, Castelli Cycling @castelli_sog threw a "Tie Dye for Charity" booth, inviting donations to three organizations close to Castelli/SOG's heart: @opicurefoundation (founded by the Griffin brothers, fellow SOG racers), Project Fearless (founded by 🙋‍♀️) and @cyclingcultureclub by @miles_on_bikes

Castelli SOG isn't just a partner and a collective I'm proud to race for; they are a great group of humans working to keep the spirit of gravel alive by supporting privateers living loudly in this sport.

Taking a side step from full-time at PF at the start of this year was a scary move, but I'm beyond grateful to have on-bike partners who believe in the work I do off-bike.

And there's something fitting about tie dye being the medium for this weekend. It's a long-standing tradition at PF, so the whole weekend felt like being back at summer skate camp. Except instead of just girls dyeing shirts, it was people from across the bike industry, every age, every gender, elbow deep in dye together (my fingers are still various shades of blue).

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to donate, chat, and take home a one-of-a-kind shirt. Together, you helped raise over €1k for the 3 organizations 💖🥹🫶🏻

And I know I can speak for the other orgs when I say, donations like this are a lifeline for non-profits like ours. At Project Fearless this one alone will go toward new skate helmets, snacks, Feeling Wheel printouts (iykyk), and more, helping make our programs more accessible to more girls and kids!

MARRIED 💍 We had such a beautiful week in the lead-up to our wedding 🥹

Some things I did to make sure my nerves were under control as a nervous bride:
1️⃣ We stayed together the night before!
2️⃣ We drove to the venue together 🥰
3️⃣ I got ready at my home house 🏡
4️⃣ We said our vows together in the morning, just the two of us 💖
5️⃣ We met with our guests a couple of times in the days before 🥰

Some things that I absolutely loved about our day:
1️⃣ We were married by @karen_kiernan_celebrant who had the most calm and relaxed energy - and included Unicorn Ispín on the day 🤣🐾
2️⃣ We didn’t do a wedding cake on the day, we had it the evening after with tea ☕️
3️⃣ We didn’t do a Day 2, but the Thursday before we did drinks at @josephmchughspub for whoever was around! We also had a fab lunch on the Friday at @homesteadcottage_doolin - thanks to Dave, Marg, Peter and Aruna 😘
4️⃣ We got a photo printed and framed by Frameworks in Ennis, and then got our guests to sign it. Such an amazing keepsake!
5️⃣ We had @_awakeanddreaming_ as our photographer, I’ve known David since I was a teenager and have always loved his style 🤩
6️⃣ We did ring warming and hand fasting as part of our ceremony, I got a beautiful cord from @tying.the.knot.by.donna which had the Dutch and Irish colours together 🇳🇱🇮🇪
7️⃣ We had a photo booth from @luxuryweddingsupplies.ie which was so fun!
8️⃣ @ri_weddings_and_events came to decorate our venue and she absolutely smashed it. I adored her style 🪩🌸💖
9️⃣ I skipped a band and had a DJ all night instead. DJ Joe from Music Matters was unbelievable 🤌🏼 We aren’t party animals so I thought our wedding might be boring 🤣 But the dancefloor was NEVER empty 🕺🏻
1️⃣0️⃣ We didn’t have a videographer but had a camcorder from @offscript.tapes which meant we could capture moments ourselves. Recording our vows in the morning was something I’ll remember forever!
1️⃣1️⃣ We had our ceremony and afters all in @potduggans which was the perfect, relaxed venue for us. Buffet style BBQ, salads, flatbreads, amazing drinks - 10/10 🤌🏼
1️⃣2️⃣ We had incredible live music during our ceremony from @mollycrilly and @caro_lodge 🥹

Four days have passed since the Goodpace Pilot 2026 came to an end and we've finally had a moment to reflect.

For one month, 12 trail runners and outdoor enthusiasts from around the world called Fujimi, Nagano home. We ran together, climbed together, shared meals, swapped stories, and learned from one another. Not just about the mountains, but about life beyond them.

We could never have imagined how close this group would become. That only happened because everyone was willing to show up with openness, generosity, and a genuine desire to contribute to something bigger than themselves. Together, we laid the first stones of a community we're incredibly proud to be building.

Now it's time to reflect, take what we've learned, and start looking ahead. We've got plenty planned over the rest of the summer, with events, community runs, and new opportunities to get involved. We'll be sharing everything here and on our website as plans come together.

To everyone who was part of the pilot: thank you. You made Goodpace what it is.

Goodpace Pilot 2026が終わってから4日が経ち、ようやく振り返る時間ができました。

1ヶ月間、世界各地から集まった12人のトレイルランナー・アウトドア愛好家たちが、長野県富士見町を「ホーム」として過ごしました。共に走り、共に登り、食事を分かち合い、物語を語り合い、互いから学び合いました。山のことだけでなく、山の向こうにある人生についても。

私たちがこれほどまでに親密になるとは、想像もしていませんでした。それが実現したのは、参加者全員がオープンさと寛容さを持って、そして自分よりも大きな何かに貢献したいという純粋な思いを持って、参加してくれたからこそです。私たちは共に、誇りを持って築いていきたいコミュニティの最初の礎を築きました。

今、これまでを振り返り、学びを糧に、次に目を向ける時が来ました。この夏の残りには、イベントやコミュニティラン、新たに参加できる機会をたくさん予定しています。計画が固まり次第、こちらとウェブサイトで随時お知らせしていきます。

パイロットプログラムに参加してくれたすべての方へ：
皆さんがGoodpaceを今のGoodpaceにしてくれました。ありがとうございました。

A slower day out on Nyukasayama saw us take the gondola up and spend the day wandering through the flower fields, forests, and marshland that make this mountain so special. Known as the “flower mountain,” Nyukasayama is home to over 100 species of alpine flowers, with blooms stretching from spring through autumn.

ゴンドラで山を上がり、花畑や森、湿原をゆっくり歩きながら、この山ならではの自然を楽しみました。「花の山」として知られる入笠山には、春から秋にかけて100種類以上の高山植物が咲きます。
