THIS.

This is what it's all about. Spending quality time with each other away from screens, people, and the stress of everyday life. Laughing together, making lasting memories, and watching our kids be KIDS.

24 years together, 12 years married, and so many more to go. I couldn't think of another way I would rather spend my life. @wicked_wec thank you for making me wait 12 years and finally asking me to be your wife. 😘 Saying yes was the best decision I've made.

Happy anniversary! I love you "more than all the fish in the sky and birds in the sea!" ❤️

Getting a harvest like this after a delicious morning coffee is so satisfying! The constant weeding, trimming, and fighting thorns is worth it when you get an abundance of delicious food. Plus side, I know I won't get sick from it because it's homegrown!

Gardening has been such a mentally healthy hobby to turn to this summer and it feels great to get lost in the green!

Summer flounder are in! Sundays trip produced a good mix. Fish were coughing up LOTS of juvenile sand eels, the bait is in heavy. Booking now, call to set up a trip. #flukefishing #summerflounder #daiwareels #flukejigging #flounder

Calm seas, perfect drift and a bunch of hungry summer flounder made it a great trip! Felt good to not actually have to wear the bibs today. The warm weather was welcoming #flukefishing #summerflounder #daiwareels #fluke

Still biting even when it was blowin’ 25kts. Tons of mediums, a few JUMBOS, lots of doubles, a windowpane flounder and the smallest squid I’ve ever seen caught. #squidfishing #windowpaneflounder #squidjigging

MAY has been one to remember.

Nothing beats seeing the memories made by the Slayer family each spring.

First birds, long walks, heavy hooks, early mornings that somehow turn into all-day hunts, and the moments in between that somehow end up meaning the most.

We’re thankful to be along for the ride and appreciate every photo, message, and memory shared with us this season.

Turkey season goes by fast… but these moments are what make it special.

Actually have 11 sheds on the shed season. Still a bit more shed hunting to go before the boat gets going for the season. #shedhunting #shedantlers #shedantlerhunting #shedaddiction #whitetail

My first saltwater show as a charter and boy did things go well! Handed out dozens of brochures, went through 4 lbs of candy, sold some of our custom hats and set up some charters. Excellent venue, exciting crowd, tons of interaction and the list goes on and on.
Shoutout to all that helped me, stopped by and supported things: Jenn, Mike, Jake, AJ, Nick, Pat, Ryan, Ally, Tom, Dan, Matt, Bill, Chris, Mark, ocean side marine, port niantic.
Interacting with the crowd was great, enjoyed the conversations! #risaa #saltwaterfishingshow #rhodeisland

Taking time out of everyday life and truly appreciating what you have is the best thing in life. Going back to the basics and enjoying family is the true meaning of "rich". I feel like a millionaire after this weekend.
