“I am A champion.”
Not because I’ve won anything yet—
but because I didn’t quit.
Life got loud.
Pressure got heavy.
Some doors closed.
Still here. Still working.
This sport doesn’t care what you’re going through—
you show up anyway.
That’s the win.
10 days out. Empire Classic.
I know exactly who’s in my corner.

This is a Top Tier Production! Follow along friends 🧡

Showday was such a great day. It wasn’t just because of any tiaras or medals
Although this was the best package I’ve ever brought & I was super content with my feed back from the head judge.
The day was a wonderful one because we had so much fun backstage & my husband was on coach trainer mode making sure I was ok & had everything 🩷🥹😘 @dothedewy1
But I don’t think I’ve ever hugged as many women as I did last night and it was so awesome to meet so many new people and just really build those friendships throughout the sport.
My husband was a trooper all day and managed the cookie booth and I’m so glad that we were able to provide everybody with some of our cookies big or small.
It really is about the relationships that you build, and the passion that you put into your work whether that be your physique or your business or the community that you serve, but I genuinely believe that the more you pour your heart out into something the more you will grow and the more you will love yourself and everything that you are doing
Thank you to my Coach Guy who really worked hard backstage and made sure that all of his athletes were up to par as usual
and to Karie our bikini Coach who always reminds me I did amazing
I am just so blessed and so grateful to know all these amazing people in so many different categories and lines of work and I just feel so blessed to be able to stand beside strong women in this division and just have a lot of fun back there.
It’s not always about the win or about the crown it’s about how well you managed yourself coming into this and how well you manage yourself coming out and I feel that the judges asked for leaner and we delivered and my feedback was to bring in my ties a little bit more and they also asked if I was interested in doing nationals or if I was planning to do nationals getting that question from a judge is a pretty big deal and the fact that they complimented that they like the structure of my body and they like my physique and they thought my posing was nice and eleganant. I will think about what I’m going to do moving forward after tonight and ponder on that for now.

✨SASQUATCH PRO AM
📍 SEATTLE - USA 🇺🇸
🗓️ SEPT 2025
____________________________________________________

Firstly - can I just say I can't believe I'm even making this post. I'm writing about taking my business and skills to America. How amazing is that! 🥹

I've had the best time and I'm so grateful to have met lots of new clients at the other side of the world. I appreciate every single one of you who came along for treatment, the coaches who recommended me, those in their off season who came along to experience treatment and the amazing athletes I met at the show for a chat.

Congratulations to the team @sasquatchproam for a fantastic show with some of the best athletes ✨

For me, this is a bigger journey heading into 2026. I'm really taking the time to think bigger again after this year as I've exceeded what i even thought was possible in the year.

For that I'm so honoured for everyone around me who makes this happen and I'm thankful for my own drive and grit to make this the best service I possibly can.

Thank you! And hope to see everyone again in the future ✨

Absolute first for Gridiron, we played in our first coed event. All four of our ladies played great, all of them having zero football background and have only been practicing for the past month. I would like to thank @_ayetwin_ and @showyourightzone for putting on this event. Also huge shoutout to all the coed teams for encouraging words and helping to point out what we could work on. We did win our first game like 40-0 and went on to win one more and make it to the comp final. Can’t wait to run it again. Thank you to @erniepauledits for the great photos
