Apparently, according to Shane Gillis, this is my whore outfit. 😂 …I mean..does he have a point ? 🤣😉 ..nah he can get the F out of here with his comment..did you know that I wouldn’t wear shorts to the gym at one time..and how long it took me to wear shorts..sometimes I still take my sweater and tie it around my waist when I do certain movements..anyhow he can keep his dumb joke 👏wear what you want to the gym or what you don’t want to the gym 🤣. Make that body strong and healthy. Doesn’t matter what you wear. I’m not there to impress anyone, but to make myself healthier and stronger everyday..even if it’s a “whore” out fit 🤣

And here I thought I was just going to the gym to work out. 🍑💪

In my weight-gain era. 💪🏼🤍

We all know you can’t spot-reduce fat, but guess what? You can’t control where it goes when you gain weight either!

So here I am, showing some of my insecurities. The areas I tend to pick apart, the dimples, the imperfections, the things we don’t always show on social media.

I’m intentionally gaining weight to grow muscle, and with that comes changes I don’t always love.

But here’s the thing… growth isn’t always pretty, and progress doesn’t always look the way we expect it to.

I’m learning to embrace the process, even the uncomfortable parts.

Real bodies. Real insecurities. Real growth. ❤️

Just Plain Jane. 🤍

Last weekend, I made the decision to sign up for a 10-week discipleship journey at church. Today was week two.

I’m not walking into this because I have all the answers. I’m walking into it because I want to learn, grow, and become more of the woman God created me to be.

No perfection. No pretending. Just an open heart, a willing spirit, and a desire to know Him more.

Sometimes the biggest transformations aren’t the ones you can see. They’re the ones happening within. 🤍
