What a memorable Cowes Week!

We are so grateful once again to our ambassador Mike Christie for hosting the Wight Proms Festival, and to Northwood House for hosting us through their Cowes Week celebrations. 👏

Thanks to the generosity of everyone in attendance, we managed to raise over £5000 which will go directly to helping us continue our work supporting people and improving lives using creativity across the island. 🙌

A huge thank you to fantastic local businesses @isleofwightdistillery @garlic_farm and @iowtomatoes for generously donating the raffle prizes. 😁

And we couldn't have done it without our brilliant team of volunteers - you're all amazing!

We're so grateful for all of your support.
Thank you! ⭐

🚑 Another Busy Weekend! 🎉⛵🏁

Even though the sailing may have finished for North Sails Cowes Week on Friday, the Centurion Medical IOW team certainly haven't slowed down!

We've continued supporting events across the Island throughout the weekend, including:

🏛️ Musto's The Lawn Bar, Northwood House
We provided Urgent Care Assistant-led Medical Cover for the incredible PLASTIC MERMAIDS, before remaining to site on Sunday for the final part of the Wight Proms Festival. Finishing off the Cowes Week 200 Bicentennial Celebrations.

🎉 Sandown Bay Regatta
Our Paramedic-led Response Team was on hand throughout the community event, helping to keep participants, volunteers and spectators safe.

It's always a pleasure working alongside the Sandown Carnival Team, who once again put on a fantastic event for the community.

🏁 And we're not finished yet!

Tomorrow we're back at Smallbrook Stadium for Wightlink Warriors Speedway, providing our Paramedic-led Trackside Response Team, supported by a Technician-led Emergency Ambulance.

We're looking forward to another evening of fast-paced racing, a brilliant atmosphere and, hopefully, a chance for the team to enjoy some of the action too!

From major sailing events and festivals to community celebrations and motorsport, Centurion Medical IOW continues to be there when you need us.

⛵ Cowes Week 2026 – Day Two... Complete! 🚑

Another fantastic day supporting the Cowes Week 200 celebrations!

Our team was once again based on The Parade, providing a Paramedic-led Emergency Ambulance throughout the day. It is a real privilege to be supporting the Bicentennial Cowes Week celebrations, helping to keep one of the world's most iconic sailing events safe.

The team also provided medical cover at The Lawn Bar, Northwood House for the Isle of Wight Radio Super Sunday Free Family Party. It was wonderful to see so many families enjoying the entertainment and making the most of everything Cowes Week has to offer.

As the evening got underway, we remained at Northwood House for the Wight Proms Festival Musto Takeover Comedy Night. Headlined by the legendary Jasper Carrott, with support from Strictly ABBA, it was an evening packed with laughter, fantastic entertainment and a brilliant atmosphere.

From the waterfront to the evening entertainment, our clinicians have been proud to support another busy day of events, ensuring visitors, performers, volunteers and staff could enjoy the celebrations safely.

We're looking forward to another busy day today as Cowes Week 2026 continues!
