POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Every agent has different goals for their business, but one message stood out from this week's Caine Live agent panel: be intentional.

As our agents begin planning for 2027, our panelists shared how thoughtful goal setting and consistent action have made a difference in their own businesses. And with resources, guidance and support available throughout the year at Caine, business planning is just the beginning.

We also welcomed Greenville City Councilman @wilbrasingtonformayor , who joined us to share his perspective on the future of our city.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to a great morning at Caine Live!

Greenville has its first mayoral candidate for 2027.

City Councilmember Wil Brasington, who's represented District 4 since 2017, announced his campaign today, centered on managing growth while protecting Greenville's neighborhoods and safety.

“Growth should lift all of Greenville, not just the parts of it people put on postcards.”

It's a big year for city politics: Mayor Knox White has served since 1995, and 2027 will bring nonpartisan elections for the first time.

👷🏽 Playground perfection in progress ✨🛝 Cleveland Park’s inclusive refresh—featuring a 27 ft accessible tower slide—started this week to meet grant funding timelines. Construction requires temporary closures at the old play area, shelters and a short section of the Swamp Rabbit Trail. 🗺️ Explore Brooks’ Playground at Cleveland Park and our 20+ other city parks while we build.

Thanks for your patience as we build a better place to play! 👏🏽

Dirt turning is a good sign of exciting things to come and progress underway - in this case, a new playground complex and related amenities in Cleveland Park! Yet another investment into Greenville’s park system and quality of life. Grand opening is slated for fall of 2026 with enjoyment in perpetuity thereafter!

Another productive Greenville City Council retreat in the books! Enjoyed the opportunity to review our collective progress and accomplishments, discuss our many opportunities, and reaffirm our city's priorities as we move forward. Proud of our hard-working City of Greenville staff who organized this planning session - they are exceptional public servants! @cityofgreenvillesc

Incredibly grateful to have been sworn in for another term of service on Greenville City Council last night! It wouldn't be possible without the unwavering support of my family and the faith and trust placed upon me by my constituents that I am honored to serve...

Election Day is this Tuesday, November 4th!
Visiting with neighbors throughout our city has been the most enjoyable part of the last year, and I’m honored to have had the support of so many strong leaders along the way. If you have not voted yet, I’d be honored to have your vote this Tuesday!

Greenville City Council were going to vote on an ordinance that would effectively criminalize homelessness, but have thankfully postponed discussions til August 11. Thank you to everyone that showed up and keeps showing up. Make your voice heard! The full recording of Monday's meeting can be viewed on the City of Greenville's YouTube channel. There were some incredible speeches given, and I recommend checking it out.

I'll be attending the Valor Over Vanity rally event this Saturday morning in Unity Park. Be safe and spread love.

THANK YOU 🎉 to the 140 people from all over our city that showed up this week to launch my campaign for Greenville City Council!
In my remarks I spoke about the necessity of convening people from all different corners of the city in order to impact our community in a way that EVERY neighborhood can thrive— while also tackling challenges our city faces as it grows. 🏡

Collaboration with county and state leadership is also critical. As such, I was honored to have elected officials present from both Greenville City and County, and also from both chambers of the SC State House. 🏛️
It has been a tremendous blessing to be a part of the Greenville community for almost 20 years and I couldn’t be more excited for its future!! 😃

Many thanks to @mayorwhite95 @wilbrasingtonforcitycouncil and @deworkenforgreenville for your service to our city and for your encouragement and support.
