Pickathon Presents Wilclone, Mars FM, and Rose Parade at The Showdown Saloon on November 20
Three Portland tribute acts, one night of legendary songbooks.

Wilclone brings the music of Wilco to life, celebrating the alt-country, folk-rock and experimental side of one of America’s most influential bands, with full-band takes on Wilco favorites that have been packing local rooms for years.

Mars FM takes on Neil Young, with the Portland duo of Zack Bauer and Zoe Larsen bringing pedal steel, banjo, harmonica and warm tube amps to the songwriter’s massive catalog of classics and deep cuts, filtered through their own psychedelic folk sensibility.

Rounding out the night is Rose Parade, Portland’s jazz-influenced Elliott Smith tribute. Formed in 2021, the four-piece reimagines Smith’s intimate catalog with lush harmonies, nuanced improvisation and dynamic arrangements, and was featured in 2026’s ‘Rose Colored Moon’ tribute event celebrating Smith’s music and legacy.

Wilclone, Alberta Street Pub, Friday September 18, 2026. A life in three phases: 1) What am I going do of you never come home? Tell me, what am I gonna do? I hate it here; 2)Taxicabs were driving me around to the handshake drugs I bought downtown; and 3) Cacophonous noise . . .
