A day spent exploring the wild side of wine 🍷🍇

Minimal intervention, organic farming, wild fermentations and producers who let nature lead the way 🌿

Wild Wine Fair Edinburgh was a beautiful reminder that wine is so much more than what’s in the glass!

Wild After Party! 🥳🍷

We’re thrilled to be hosting one of two official @wild_wine_fair after parties this Sunday, 26th July!

After a day at the fair, head over to @spry_wines where we’ll be welcoming winemakers, importers, and wine lovers alike for an evening of food, drinks, and conversation.

We’ll be open from 4pm–11pm, with our full food menu available until 9:30pm. Expect a special Wild Card wine list featuring rare bottles from the cellar, alongside an exciting by-the-glass selection you won’t want to miss! 🦄

No Wild ticket? No problem. Book a table via the link in our bio, or take your chances and walk in on the night. 🤞

A huge thank you to Jo & India for bringing Wild back to Scotland and inviting us to be part of it. We’ve wanted to get involved ever since attending our first fair back in 2019, so it’s a real privilege to be hosting this year.

And if you’re heading to the fair, make sure to stop by our tasting table at @timberyard10, where we’ll be pouring the latest releases from our own import portfolio.

See you on Sunday! 🍷

Edinburgh’s inaugural natural wine fair @wild_wine_fair will return to @timberyard10 for its seventh year on Sunday 26th July.

Launched by India Parry-Williams @alovelycupoftea & Jo Radford (Co-Owner and Head Sommelier at @timberyard10 ) in 2017, the event brings together some of the UK’s most prolific importers of biodynamic and natural wines, including @beattieandroberts, @modalwines , @otrosvinos , @raeburnfinewines , @sagerandwine and @tuttowines.

Each supplier will have their own tasting station set up in Timberyard restaurant, with various spokespeople also offering informal talks and discussions in the Timberyard PDR, covering topics like: climate change, the rise of non-alcoholic options and the new wave of English winemaking.

On the food side, Timberyard’s close friends from @highergroundmcr will pop up for the day and Chef @josephotway will be cooking the freshest procure from their farm, @cinderwoodmarketgarden .

Trade and guests can purchase tickets (£6 and £25, respectively), which include access to the wine fair and a glass for tasting all of the wines.

Wild Wine Fair | Sunday - 26th July | Timberyard, Edinburgh, Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Can’t wait to be back at Wild this year! A huge thank you to Jo and India for inviting us once again and for creating one of the warmest, most inspiring wine events in the UK. Every edition brings together an incredible community of growers, importers, restaurants and wine lovers, and it’s always one of the highlights of the summer.

This year I’ll be pouring the fresh release of the most recent additions to the portfolio: Recerca and Les Cigales dans La Fourmilière 🇫🇷

And if you haven’t already, head over to the Wild Wine Fair’s website and grab your ticket while there are still some left.

See you in Edinburgh! 🪩

Wild Wine afterparty baby!!!

Oh to design, sketch and paint something in one day and have it just come together is such a rare treat. My refusal to learn how to use an ipad is getting old for my poor tiny paintbrushes that never want to see another R in their short lifetime, but thank god for wine! And wildness! Let me paint grapes forever, cowards! Vive le vin

Come to The Edinburgh Cider Salon on 1st of December hosted by lovely folks at @montrose.edinburgh and discover just how varied and fascinating the finest ciders and perries can be!

We have teamed up with the team behind the legendary restaurant @timberyard10 to get together around a dozen of the most exciting makers from Scotland and the wider UK.

There will be three tasting sessions on the day, followed by an intimate dinner paired with Cider and Perry upstairs in the restaurant, and a party in the wine bar downstairs with some beautiful things available by the glass.

The lineup showcases some of the most progressive Cider producers in the country including:

Naughton
Diggers
Linn
Seidear
Oliver’s
Two Orchards
Find & Foster
Wilding
Little Pomona
Stockely

It will be a truly unique, blockbuster celebration of the finest cider, and as this year marks 10 years of The Fine Cider Company so it will also be a chance to celebrate and reflect on how incredibly far things have come in the last decade.

Book your tickets today via link in our bio!
