If you go down to the woods today… 🍄‍🟫

Had a lovely woodland walk with the dogs, during which we spotted lots of different types of fungi! We even spotted some redcaps which I will have to share another day 🍄

Benji is wearing @the_walkies_wardrobe Otter Tarn 🦦 (kindly gifted!)

The Protector.

#fungiphotography #macroworld #minimal_perfection #magicalnature #ffwng2026 @sheclicksnet A painterly macro photograph of two small fungi - one taller, whose cap covers the smaller underneath, as though protecting it from harm, like a mother to her child. Surrounded by grass, the shallow depth of focus means that only the larger mushroom’s cap rim is in focus, giving the image a painterly and dreamlike quality.

One of those days that reminds you just how lovely this little community is 🥹🤎

Yesterday was spent exploring Skirrid Fawr with the @wildbarc crew. Incredible views, even better company, some very good dogs and, of course, a few well-earned pup cups along the way by the pup cup queen!

Feeling very lucky for all the wonderful people and dogs we’ve met through this community. Who knew a shared love of dogs and getting outdoors could bring so many lovely people together?

Honestly, just the best kind of day. More of these please! 🤎🫶🏼

And just like that, Remy is TWO! 🥹🤎🎂

What a blessing you are my boy. You’ve made our world so much brighter since the day you came home with us.

It hasn’t always been easy, but you’ve healed parts of my heart I didn’t even realise needed healing and shown me a love I never knew existed.

Happy 2nd birthday, Remy Roo. 🤎

(We may have been a bit of a wally and accidentally hit the ‘post’ button a day early… Remy’s birthday is actually tomorrow 🤣 But your lovely birthday wishes are already rolling in, so we might as well celebrate for two days for turning two!)🤭🎈🤎
