Feeling over the moon grateful to live in a time in history and location on this planet that I have the ability to dream big with like-minded entrepreneurs to create a life of our own design. I do not take this freedom lightly and am so excited to share what we’re building so very soon! @bonhemybalms @wildcraftforaging @cglazebier

Let’s do a wild Rose foraging day this Saturday, May 2! I know a lot of my friends are also small business owners who work Saturday mornings at markets, so I was thinking possibly Saturday early evening? We could forage some wild roses, as well as learn about what else can and cannot be foraged! I will take the wild roses home with me and infuse them into a serum for you…your own foraged-wild-rose elixir 💃

Bring the kids, bring the pups, bring a friend, or your favorite emotional support rock (kids don’t need to be on a leash, but the dogs do). $10 a head so we can have some snackies and I can purchase the oils and packaging. We need at least 5 folks, so please share!

Wear long shirts, long pants, gloves, and a curious and open attitude.

I’m so excited to share my passion with you!!! Comment below and I’ll dm you!

Wild rose pickin’ day, whatdya say?! The wild roses are starting to bloom, so it’s time to get out there and forage for the Wild Rose Balm + Serum!

Drop a “rose party” in the comments if you’re interested in foraging your own wild roses and I can make serums out of them for you! We can also make a cute little picnic after foraging 💞 I’m thinking $10 a head to cover permit, oil to infuse for serums, and snacks/drinks.

Also, if you’re following me I’m sure you know, we don’t forage without picking up some trash, so be ready for that too 😉

A stick will do fine for colder mornings. Always have, hope they always will.

Almost 6 miles of easy trail running for recovery after my “long run” yesterday. I was planning about 4 but things felt good enough that I added on until 5 miles in when my legs were done. I have so much work to do but for now all I can be is patient. My dogs aren’t barking but my hammies are oinking.

I ran into Christina and had a nice chat (we think it’s the first time we’ve really met/chatted in person)!
