@Ideas_Fest: Exit Lounge was everything we could have asked for.

From the setup, the speakers, our MCs, the audience. So many conversations were had, so many laughs. A huge thank you to the Ideas Fest team for pulling off such a huge event for entrepreneurs.

Dare we say we'll be back? Event collage: Dominnique Karetsos looking thoughtful with tablet, Mike Cunningham in a navy shirt with "grow, raise, exit" slogan, and a laughing Andrew Hulbert.

WHAT A DAY 2 at @ideas_fest 🙌

More incredible entrepreneur speakers, unicorn pants, dancing, singing, breathwork, meditation.

Such an incredible second day over at our Exit Lounge stage, we kind of don’t want it to end.

Life After Sale

Rachel Murphy lasted half an hour after selling her business before she started building the next one. Brian Dukes lasted five minutes.

Nobody on this panel is calling that healthy. Holly Tennock described her two-year earnout as its own kind of grief: purpose with nowhere to go.

Malte Glasmacher's stat stopped the call cold: fewer than 5,000 people a year in the UK sell a business over £1 million. Almost nobody warns you what the morning after is like.

His read on it: it's not the end. It's the way to the next stage.

Malte, Rachel, Brian and Holly on stage Day 2 at the Exit Lounge.

Lunch meetings taste better outdoors.

We had the pleasure of catering for a @wilder.work corporate lunch this summer, delicious food, sunshine, and a few thoughtful extras to elevate the day.

These little bottles of fresh lemonade were the perfect refreshing pick-me-up for our guests.

A small detail, but one that always gets noticed 🍋☀️

Corporate catering with a twist? That’s kind of our thing.

Planning a team day? We’d love to feed your crew, drop us a message to chat menus.

🍸Fun Friday Flashback: No Booze, All Buzz

We were delighted to cater for an unforgettable corporate experience day with the crew from @wilder.work brilliantly curated by @wilderride

We kicked things off with a relaxed fire pit lunch in the sunshine at Hatch Park, the kind of outdoor feast that sets the tone for something special.

On the menu? A non-alcoholic cocktail masterclass with the one and only @themidnightmuddler who stirred up a functional and fabulous Negroni. No, Stanley Tucci was not in sight, but the vibes were immaculate.

Add in a canapé competition, wild creativity, and a whole lot of laughter and you’ve got a team day worth talking about.

Who says corporate can’t be creative?

Pizza, sun, chat - all very welcome on a Monday night!

Last night, I joined The Marketing Meetup for a fun event at Coachworks Ashford.

Enjoyed the talk by Holly from Wilder Work about how to think wilder to grow stronger, encouraging business owners not to build themselves a 'prison' when growing their businesses.

Caught up with some familiar faces and met some lovely new people too!

🌱Holding a corporate event in a polytunnel is nothing unusual when it comes to working with @wilder.work

This was corporate catering with a twist, working with @wilder.work, who connect work, with re-wilding and regenerative environments through experiential learning and away days.

🥬🍅Using produce from the @rebelfarmered ‘dining room’ (polytunnel to you and me!) I cooked up a feast of Rebel Farm tomato salad with freshly baked focaccia, Scottish mozzarella & salsa verde with Herbs from the garden.

Yum!

Please get in touch to discuss your corporate catering requirements @bearnmind.catering
I can’t wait to chat with you.
