I know this is a trend but this is a true story. Was scrolling petfinder on a Thursday night and woke up the next Friday morning, February 27th with a message requesting me to come pick up my baby boy in SC!

I think about this day often. I think how lucky I am to be a mama to my little man. I think about how grateful I am to have found him. I think about how the timing feels spiritual. I am grateful for this little guy. I didn’t realize how much I needed him and he needed me!
The first thing I learned was that you’ll never be ready. You just have to take the step. When you know you know. I knew Arlo was meant to be my little man and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I miss February 27th but I am also so grateful and so lucky to be where we are today!

Cheers to (almost!) 5 months! 🐾🤎🥳

Hey I’m just grateful we know how to ring the bell and go outside! 🌳☀️🤠
Potty training quickly turned into outside adventures. (Im not complaining! Steps + fresh air + collecting sticks = we’re both happy)
