Have you seen the partial eclipse of the sun yesterday? I had the best company by @wildernessbrew with 'Distant Dream', a dark mild with cocoa and nutty taste.

I bought it from @cafebeermoth and I am definitely going back to buy it again!! 9.5/10!!

I don't really go to beer festivals anymore, they aren't really spaces where I feel super comfortable. However, I have been lucky enough to attend every Little Earth Festival since it started, and it really is my fave beer event of the year 🌞

I was pretty sad when I realised I wouldn't be going with Wilderness this year, which is why I'm immensely grateful to Dani, Tom and Ellie for letting me join the Little Earth team for the weekend. I had such a lovely time, and I think we're all really grateful for the community they've fostered year on year. I love to get to see my friends, get nerdy about fruit, and fermentation, maybe have a little gossip, and drink some gooood lager in the sunshine 🤝

Long live Little Earth Festival! 🦇

I love trying brewery's I haven't heard of before and this is definitely one of them, it's a fantastic little brewery from powys cymru in Wales @wildernessbrew it's a 4.9% amber German style lager yes I do enjoy a good lager now and then lol 😆. It's got a lovely biscuity malty base with it, nice touch of bitterness too, very smooth easy drinking, it's a absolute cracking lager 👍 👍 I had it in @cafebeermoth . #wildernessbrewery #viennaamberlager #amberlager #welshcraftbeer #craftlager

Islay Cask Wee Heavy by @stfermentations @wildernessbrew

With alluring wafts of peat smoke and treacle, Islay whisky cask character is all over this strong Scottish Ale, brewed jointly by STF and Wilderness Brewing.

Deep mahogany in colour with flashes of auburn, the softest carbonation makes for a velvet-smooth and unctuous first sip - thick, sweet and full bodied with long and lingering flavours of dark salted chocolate, molasses, iodine and campfire smoke; of rum and raisin ice cream with sticky, fruity coffee sauce and a hint of whisky-burn.

Thanks for sharing this interesting bottle 🔥@supaalcohohohoholik
