The most magical few months. I can't really put it into words!

For most of my adult life I’ve naturally poured so much of myself into my career, but this summer I decided to shift the scales a bit and prioritise my personal life more. I don't think the balance will ever be fully right but, omg have I learned a lot.

Grateful for the most beautiful friends, new life long friendships with incredible women, slowing down to honour my nervous system again, reminding myself why I love yoga, spending time with the horses and my pup, sunsets, Europe holiday gems and finding the clearest waters at stunning beaches.

An amazing yoga teacher @heather__horton I practice with once said: "when everything feels too big, you go where you feel small." And I think that's why I love travelling so much. Perspective is everything. As a chronic over thinker and perfectionist, immersing myself where I feel part of something bigger is like medicine.

I hope to keep a little sprinkle of summer 2026 magic with me, I think this one has been the most transformational one yet 💌

Take a quiet moment for yourself today. 🌙

Journal prompts from us to you:

If I spoke to myself like I would speak to a friend, what would I say today?

What made me smile today? Even briefly…

What’s a gentle promise I can make to myself tomorrow?

Twin Moon first event recap. We were delighted to host our Inner Bloom self-love evening on Friday. 🌙

Thank you to @teastory.club for the delicious, calming tea we served on arrival, with lovely goodie bag treats for guests to take home.

Thank you also to @wildroots__studio for the peaceful setting.

And thank you to the beautiful souls who joined us as we set intentions, held a moon water ceremony, chakra cleanse meditation, Yin yoga, a journalling and creative writing session, and a little oracle card reflection.

We will be back with another event this summer, and can’t wait to see more of you there…

Where Practice Meets Presence 💪🫶🤍
A week of moving between spaces @wildroots__studio 🤍and with @ryleighloucollins 🫶🫶— being pushed in Ryleigh’s class, feeling my strength wake up with the dumbbells, finding softness in quiet rooms, grounding myself on the walk home, and arriving fully in my own teaching space.
Her session reminded me how good it feels to be challenged, to go deeper, to meet the work with curiosity.
Each moment asked for a different kind of presence, and I met it with breath, intention, and steadiness.
Grateful for the practices that hold me and the spaces I get to hold for others. 🙈🫶🫶 #pilates #london #mat #weekend #pilateswithmaisha

Honouring the Work My Body Can Do 💪🔥🦋Today’s class asked a little more of me @ryleighloucollins 🫶🫶and @wildroots__studio 🤍— in the best way. Loved @ryleighloucollins for always delivering the best classes 🙈🫶🫶
Chest expansion with the ball, that shoulder bridge sequence with the dumbbells, the modified open rocker… each one reminded me how much strength lives in the small, intentional moments.
I loved moving through side kneeling, thread‑the‑needle into side plank and side teaser, and finishing with the hundred and half‑roll back into rowing.
Grateful for teachers who challenge me with care, and for a body that keeps meeting me where I am.💗💗 #pilates #london #mat #weekend #pilateswithmaisha 🕯️What part of your practice met you the most this week?

🔥 Strong, Grounded, and Glowing

Amazing class @wildroots__studio 🤍with @ryleighloucollins 🫶— shoulder bridge on the block, chest‑fly layers, one‑leg circles, planks, scissors, and the best squat + dumbbell combo. I came out feeling so strong and grounded🙈. I enjoyed every minute and left feeling incredible. I always love Ryleigh’s sessions — she brings out the best in me every time 💪🙌🫶 Quick stop @greedycowbakes ☺️favourite cookies 🍪🤎 #pilates #london #mat #weekend #pilateswithmaisha 🕯️Who else loves a good block + dumbbell combo?
