UNRAVEL & REST
Embodied Yin and Myofascial Release with @heatherhortonyoga

Join us to explore the wisdom of Embodied Yin Yoga and Myofascial Release.

Our bodies hold immense wisdom when we slow down and tune in.

In this workshop, we will practice a mix of myofascial release techniques using different balls along with gentle, long-held postures, free-embodied movement, and somatic techniques all infused with Maitri—loving kindness. Ending with deep intentional rest and time to integrate and share.

These practices stimulate the flow of energy through the different channels within the myofascial web and meridians, release stagnation, whilst also supporting the restoring and replenishing the nervous system.

This is a deep unravelling for the full body and mind.

WHAT YOU NEED - Comfy clothes, water, a journal and a pen.

Ring ring🎼 hello👋 it’s future you calling📞 see this yoga thing?🧘‍♀️ you should totally do it abroad with some new besties 🩷

We’ve just finished 3 beautiful retreats in Bali and South of France. Wow. Words can’t explain how blessed we feel to share such wonderful memories with such special people.
