AUGUST WAS A BIG MONTH FOR THE UR MEMBERS 👏🔥

We’ve had loads of our members out competing, racing and pushing themselves this month, and there have been some ridiculous achievements.

🏃 Will — 108 miles over 26 hours in a Last Man Standing event, finishing 5th.

🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️ Dean — completed his first Ironman.

🥇 Vamsee + James — 1st in their division at the MHC Summer Games.

🥈 Yousif + Harvey — 2nd in their division at the MHC Summer Games.

🥉 Ashlyn + Elizabeth — 3rd in their division at the MHC Summer Games.

🏃 Robbie — huge 10K PB, going sub 40.

🔥 Maria + Claudia — competed in ATHX.

🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️ Gabby + Liv — both completed a 70.3.

🏃 Steph — took on the Redon Ultra.

And that’s just some of what people have been up to.

That’s one of the things we love most about UR. Everyone’s training for different things and everyone’s at different stages, but the gym gives people somewhere to actually work towards it.

Whether it’s HYROX, ATHX, running, triathlon, an ultra, or just trying to get fitter and see what you’re capable of, the timetable, programming, coaching and people around you are all there to help.

Massive well done to everyone above. We’re genuinely proud of you all 💚

Keep cracking on, keep setting yourself bigger targets and keep inspiring the people around you to do the same.

And if you’re looking at this thinking “I’d love to do something like that but I don’t know where to start”, come and speak to us.

And if you’re already doing it and just want to get better, come and speak to us as well.

We’ll help you figure out the next step.

THIS IS WHAT WEEKENDS LOOK LIKE AT UR 💚🔥

Different people. Different goals. Same mindset.

At the top, we’ve got people training with our Tri Club, some preparing for their first ever triathlon, others building towards bigger endurance goals and Ironmans.

In the middle, we’ve got HYROX, people getting ready to race, chase PBs and prepare properly for the competitions coming up.

And at the bottom, we’ve got our Run Club, everything from people building towards their first 5K through to marathons, ultras and some absolutely ridiculous distances approaching 200K 😂

That’s what we love about this place.

You don’t need to have the same goal as everyone else.

You just need a goal worth working towards.

We’ve built an environment that can support people across HYROX, triathlon, running, hybrid racing and pretty much any fitness challenge you decide to throw yourself into.

And the best bit?

🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️ Tri Club is completely FREE.
🏃 Our Saturday Run Club is completely FREE.

So you can come down, meet the community and start getting involved without it costing you anything.

Then, if you want to take your training further, we’ve got the full timetable, PAYG sessions, class packs and membership options to help you step things up.

This weekend was another reminder of what UR is becoming.

Loads of people. Loads of different goals. Everyone getting after it together.

Want to get involved?

DM us “JOIN” or come down and experience it for yourself. 💚

Last week was packed full of races at UR!

We had members competing all over the show, taking on Hyrox, half marathons and full marathons across Malaga, Glasgow, Copenhagen and Liverpool.

UR was everywhere 😆!

For some of you it was your first ever race, for others it was about beating PBs or simply seeing where you’re at right now, either way, you all smashed it!

More than anything, what stood out was seeing so many of you step outside your comfort zones and push yourselves, regardless of the outcome. That’s what it’s all about for us, we find our reason and we perform with purpose, no matter what the outcome, it doesn’t stop us ❤️!

It’s also been great to see you all spending time together wherever you are in the world. That’s what makes UR what it is, a proper community. You all make each other feel welcome from day one, and that carries far beyond the gym.

Massive well done to everyone who raced. We’re genuinely proud of you all and grateful to have you as part of UR.

Now it’s time to get ready for another big one.

London next 👀😅!

6 months ago, running 10k felt hard. This year, I’ve hit PBs in the 10k, the half, and even crossed the line of a full marathon in Stockholm. It’s crazy what you can do when you keep showing up. Grateful for everyone who’s been part of the journey. love the life you lead, and lead the life you love ❤️🏃‍♂️✨

Last week’s official RUN X ERGS launch class was absolutely booming!

The 6:30am class was booked full and the feedback was incredible!

We’re thrilled that so many of you are loving it. This class is an great way to shred, boost your fitness, and level up your training, especially if youre competing in competitions that have compromised running (the sled & tread combo is perfect) or require you to perform at a high intense level on the ergs.

Even if you’re not working towards a comp and working on your own personal fitness goals, this class is not one to miss!

We’re open to absolutely everyone, at any level who are looking to perform with purpose!

So, if you’re interested in joining the UR community get in touch now!
