Let’s go, baby!

I put my heart and soul into this and loved every single second.

Everyone’s support throughout this journey has been overwhelming, thank you all so much- you’re all legends.

Raising over 3.2k for BEAT and finishing my first Iron Man in 13hrs 50mins definitely makes for one of the best days of my life. taken in Frankfurt, Germany by @will_druce

London Backyard Ultra 2026

Absolutely love this format. 6.7k on the hour, every hour until only 1 remains.

Here are the stats folks:

-3,868m elevation (equivalent of doing the 3 peaks and then some)

Barcelona Marathon 2026

Did I get sub 3? Not sure. Watch says 2:58, chip timer says 3:01.

What I do know is that I’ll be removing all doubt next time.

Manchester Back Yard Ultra 🐝 🏃‍♂️

124 signed up, 21 didn’t fancy the storm, 103 started and 10 were left when I called it quits. Some unreal runners out there, what an unbelievable experience.

Afternoon met evening, which saw night and then morning, I managed 19 loops/ hours and 130k, my longest run to date. Running through darkness, the monotony of the course and the sleep deprivation added to the brutality, but I absolutely loved it.

@georgedavies9 having you by my side made it much easier, chatting rubbish for hours is what we do best, I love you brother.

@_callum_rogers_ spending hours in the rain supporting us is legendary, what a friend you are, thank you.

@sam_williams41 bringing the boys a pizza and not leaving our side until 5am, seeing us off every lap… I’m so grateful my mate.

@miaaswain spending 24 hours in a gazebo in the middle of a wet field, when only 7 days prior I promised you a ‘chilled weekend’. You made sure I had everything I needed and I’m so lucky to have you, I don’t take it for granted.

Some big lessons learnt and already planning what’s next.
