The road to the 70.3 World Championship isn’t built on race day.

It’s built on mornings like this.

🇫🇷 Nice, France. 6 weeks.

Grateful to be fueled by @never.second every step of the way.

Thank you to my coach, @brad.bischoff , for believing in the process and pushing me to be better every day. And thank you to the entire FTK Endurance team for being part of this journey.

All glory to God.

Endure. For The King. 👑

The words ‘Do not be afraid’ echo throughout Scripture because God knew we’d need the reminder.

Not because life would be easy.
But because He would be with us through it.

Every workout. Every race. Every setback. Every unknown.

We don’t compete without fear—we move forward despite it, because our confidence isn’t in ourselves. It’s in Christ.

‘Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid… for the Lord your God goes with you wherever you go.’ — Joshua 1:9

👑 Endure for the King.

There is always another level of discipline.
Another lesson to learn.
Another opportunity to grow.

Don’t let yesterday’s version of you define tomorrow’s potential.

Keep showing up.
Keep improving.
Keep becoming who God created you to be.

👑 Endure for the King.

The goal was never just to cross the finish line.

It’s to become the kind of person worthy of it.

POV: You decided to lock in.

One decision can change everything.

The decision to stop making excuses.
The decision to stay disciplined.
The decision to trust God’s timing instead of your own.

The race isn’t won in one day.
It’s won by showing up every single day.

What’s one area of your life you’re choosing to lock in on this week?

Let us know below, and we’ll be praying for you.

Endure for the King.

“God, I’m scared… what if I fail?”

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” — Joshua 1:9

Fear says, “What if I fail?”

Faith says, “What if God is faithful?”

The race, the training, the setbacks, the uncertainty—they’re all opportunities to trust the One who has already gone before you.

Your calling was never to guarantee the outcome.
Your calling is to be faithful in the process.

So train with excellence.
Compete with humility.
Trust without fear.

Endure for the King.

Most people pray for an easier life.

But what if God answers differently?

I asked for strength, and God gave me difficulties to make me strong.

I asked for wisdom, and God gave me problems to solve.

I asked for courage, and God gave me dangers to overcome.

I asked for love, and God gave me people who were difficult to serve.

Maybe the obstacle you’re asking God to remove is the very thing He’s using to shape you.

Growth rarely feels like a blessing while you’re walking through it.

Stay faithful.
Stay disciplined.
Trust that God is working—even when it feels hard.

What’s one challenge that made your faith stronger? 👇

“Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.”
‭‭James‬ ‭1‬:‭2‬-‭3‬ ‭NIV‬‬

👑 Endure for the King.
