“I have been passionate about photography since I was a little girl; I’ve had a camera in hand for as long as I can remember. It’s always been my main form of creation other than singing/performing. I attended film/photography school in London and lived independently there for four years. I found that as I grew, my perspective changed and morphed, allowing me to be more truthful in my photographs. I am most passionate about architectural and nature photography, but I have recently purchased some lighting that reignited my interest in portrait photography. Ultimately, I have always used visual media to process my emotions and share my experiences.”

“This project investigates the emotional weight and visual intensity of the color red when cast into dark, outdoor environments. Utilizing a Sony A7iii and a portable SmallRig light, I photographed my subject on a stormy summer night to see how artificial red lighting would disrupt the neutrality of a dark landscape. The impending storm imposed an unplanned, frantic time constraint on the shoot. Rather than hindering the work, this urgency injected a palpable sense of chaos, rage, and raw femininity directly into the final images. Kept entirely unedited, the series preserves the raw truth of the environment, highlighting red as a dominant psychological force that translates warning and desire into an authentic visual spectacle.”
