Everyone’s path is different. 💯

Some players get drafted out of high school.
Some take the college route.
Some transfer, develop later, or bet on themselves.

There is no one blueprint to making it.

Stop comparing your journey to someone else’s. Keep working, keep developing, and trust your process.

⚾️ Your path is your story.

Some moments are bigger than baseball.

The greatest victories aren’t always measured by trophies—they’re measured by the opportunity to stand together and celebrate another season.

Congratulations to @willadams8_ on an incredible season and a well-deserved honor. Thankful to have @bucmose standing beside him to celebrate. ❤️⚾️

We are extremely proud of Will Adams of Hoover High School (@hooverbucbaseball) on his signing with LSU Tigers (@lsubaseball)!💜💛⚾️

Will joined Papa Jack Baseball Development program in elementary school and has continued to excel ever since. He’s one of the few Alabama players selected to take part in both @mlbdevelops and the prestigious Breakthrough Series in Vero Beach, Florida and Rickwood Ball Park— where the nation’s top urban baseball talent train, compete, and develop under elite instruction.

We’re so excited for Will and his family and can’t wait to follow his journey in the SEC. Congratulations, Will! 👏🏽🔥 #nationalsigningday #MLBDevelops #Legacy #Classof2026

P. S. Job well done mom and dad!
