Recovery is a huge part of getting this 59 year old body ready for a Spartan race. Injury will just set me back so I’m serious about exercise form, diet and recovery. My knees were sore after the last few trainings so I use the Rejuvenator red light therapy created by @leannevenier at home in the evening. It reduces recovery time and feels great. But today I had magical acupuncture by Will @willardsheppy at Valley Health Clinic. Everything I can do I will to reduce inflammation, speed healing and keep me moving forward. #spartanrecovery #spartan #crossfit #bulletproof #redjuvenator #redlighttherapy #acupuncture
