A mental warm up game for sparring! 🙌

The telephone game 📞

Start with one shot on your partner. They then have to do the same strike and add their strike on the end.

You keep going back and forth until someone loses the sequence 👆

Loser does press ups or burpees 👀

This will get your mind sharp and ready for the rounds ahead 🙏
