First leg day in a longgggg while with basically no lower back pain🥹🥹🥹 so would be rude not to try out hack squat.
Feeling good to be able to move without being in pain anymore 😅 DO NOT take ya body and daily movement for granted

RESULTS: Who’s the top 3 👀

Setting a challenge of who could beat @willfeaze with 42 reps benching 65Kg.

Keeping the target number a mystery we had numerous amount of people attempt their best reps with this weight. Some recorded, some kept 🤫 off the camera…

We have our top 3:

🥉JJ & Will 42
Close behind was Robin @ 37 reps 💪

Shout out to the only female, Kelly, who gave the challenge a go and smashed out 20 REPS 🔥

Huge effort across the board from our members, a few who will go back to retiring the bench whilst others will use this as a momentum push for new PB’s.

Level 3 | Weeks 2 & 3 — Complete! 🎓

The final weeks brought everything together.

These students took their knowledge further through nutrition, lifestyle and behaviour change, advanced programming, exercise modifications and coaching—before putting it all into practice through consultations and their final Personal Training assessments.

After weeks of learning, practising, refining, and putting themselves to the test, they’ve officially completed and passed their Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training.

From the classroom to the gym floor, they’ve put in the work and now it’s time to take it beyond FTA.

Rocked by some ‘Bali belly’ 🥴 but when you’ve trained your body and mind consistently over time, it becomes second nature. You stop negotiating with yourself. You just keep moving forward

Week 3 marked an important milestone.
This week, our students put their knowledge to the test through practical assessments, consultations, coaching experience, and real client sessions.

Every assessment is more than an evaluation, it’s another step towards becoming a confident and capable fitness professional.

We’re proud to share that they’ve successfully passed Level 2 and are now ready for the next chapter.
