Squat & Reverse Lunge type of morning w/ @william931000 💪🏾

_
This workout is for grown men and women, not for the weak. Today we hit legs in an insane superset and the goal was not weight, but depth. We wanted to see how deep we could go within our range of motion and within our selves.

The workout:
Squats : 4 x (15-20reps is the goal )
Reverse Lunge :4 x 15-20 reps total.

Break negative cycles, not promises.

December and January use to hold a lot of guilt for me because my goals never changed year after year because they were never accomplished year after year.

All that changed when i met @jeramiahsolven and @conqueracademy. Now each passing year is about going bigger, finding more fulfillment, growth, life enjoyment, etc.

To our clients: I guarantee there is someone in your life looking for that spark to break through past whatever has been holdong them back. Show them the way.

To my friends and family: You might be the person that knows your life is meant for so much more but you can feel you're still missing out on some of your own potential. Sometimes tryong "harder" isn't the solution, its time to try Differently.
