PURPOSE

Enveloped myself into this new world, trying healthy new activities aligning with growth and the expansion of the cascade of wonders life has to offer so far. A leaders greatest return

Be an example others want to follow
You will never have credibility or be skilled enough to develop others if you are not developing yourself as a leader

Developing yourself comes 1st
Because you cannot give what you dont have
You only lead
When you learn experience apply and then develop others

The quality of leaders is reflected in the standards they set for themselves
If leaders adopt a low standard when it comes to teachability training and growth their people will follow in their footsteps.

Having a game plan for the future no matter how bleak it seems

Not being ina bubble in terms of reality
Being very real but bring optimism for the future

Make sure the goals require you to stretch

Finding Purpose

Dont personalize failures. Learn from them.

Hard times dont create heroes,
It is during the hard times when the hero within us is revealed
What are you willing to do to become that hero. . .
The value the man that I've become and still becoming is which I value

I believe my purpose is to create a dialogue about living a better life and to help people (veterans atm)

But it all starts with self-awareness, looking inward to truly see yourself before reaching for external goals

We literally emit energy that's produced by our thoughts and feelings

Life can be very peculiar and daunting. It's been an eye opener changing not only my environment but my perspective on life through new positive experiences even challenging ones, but I'm glad of the route I ended up on.

If you want to evolve to another level, you need to let go.

There will likely be some withdrawls.

You'll be tempted to revert back.
But if you do, you won't make it out of your current atmosphere.
You won't leave your current environment and enter into one with far greater possibilities/opportunities.

Tricks of opportunity. It has a sly habit of slipping in by the back door and often comes disguised in the form of misfortune or a temporary defeat. Perhaps this is why so many fail to recognize opportunity.

Life isn't static
