Another day another Tre Sorelle e un cane info! 🍷 When it came to the labels for Tre Sorelle e un Cane, we knew exactly the feeling we wanted: something light, immediate, and fun and playful. 🌞 Enter William Goldsmith, Bill for friends, who is London-based illustrator and a friend of Angelica, who (very luckily for us) came to the rescue. 🦸🏻‍♂️ We had the idea, the mood, the characters… but it was Bill who gave them form. With his sharp, charming, and gently humorous style, he translated everything into two drawings that feel effortless and full of personality; exactly as we had imagined, only better. 🥂 We couldn’t be happier with how these labels turned out, and we’re so excited to finally share them with you 🎉 • Quando abbiamo iniziato a pensare alle etichette di Tre Sorelle e un Cane, avevamo ben chiara la sensazione che volevamo: qualcosa di leggero, immediato, con un’ironia sottile, senza mai risultare forzato.

Give me a little wave if you were there 👋 Still absolutely BUZZING from last week’s opening party for my first ever solo show. All my best friends from high school, art school, my family, my old art teachers and the great and the good of arty instagram turned out in force, it was like a fever dream. Thank you again @darktownresident for the most spot on speech and song (little snippet here). He mentioned how my work was akin to that of my artistic heritage in Welfare State International (where my parents met) and how the show is a “tonic for our times” a “visual manifesto of joy” and it really did feel like a night of colourful escapism from the world. I’ve written more in detail about the event for my first Substack (link in profile) and you can view every piece in the exhibition online at @yspshops. Great to dust off this @boden velvet suit I’ve never worn and had in my wardrobe for years! Thanks a millions to Amanda and team at @yspsculpture who created such a great night complete with candyfloss and popcorn stalls, cocktails and food, and to my auntie for organising Michelle Heseltine for photos and for everyone who made it so special 💕
