End of an Era 🚀

I will never forget when I got a call from @cory_leslie the summer of 2022 offering me the opportunity to move to Baltimore and be part of @missionrun_baltdistance. 4 years later it is still one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, the memories shared and relationships built are something that I will never forget. It has been an honor to be a part of something special and so many people to be grateful for along the way 🙏🏽

Grateful for every athlete that was ever a part of UAMRBD who trusted me to capture the highs and lows of their professional running careers!

Excited to be sticking around, because someone has to hold it down in Baltimore, and continue working with @missionrun_balt800 🫡

🦀🍻🫡 @baltimorerunfest

My 5th Baltimore Run Fest and the most special one to date, first time on the other side of the lens and it felt so good 🤠

Being in shape has been a struggle for me over the past couple of years and yesterday I felt like myself again in regards to my running. It was incredible to race through the streets of Baltimore feeling strong and supported by those around me 🤞🏾

Baltimore holds a special place in my heart and I’m glad I got to share one last hoorah with some of the men of @missionrun_baltdistance who have become some of my best friends 🚀

TEN YEARS LEER 🥂
Yesterday, we celebrated our 10 year anniversary! This admittedly feels unbelievable. How are we not those young kids in the first photo?! Before we left home for a concert, we read the cards we wrote to each other. Common theme: we individually feel like we have each completely lucked out in this arrangement. There’s probably something to that, but I’m no expert. I’m just stupidly in love with @williamleer and I am so grateful he loves me back!

I continue to be amazed at how incredible an athlete @shazrine is. I’m so proud of her and those who paced her to a second place finish at the Chicago Marathon. And of course always so proud of the LOML @haasruns for coaching them to success.

Vince takes the team gold 🇺🇸🥇

@vincentciattei takes 8th place at the World Road Mile Championships in Copenhagen! He matched his road mile PB of 3:54.62 to help secure the team win with the USA!

An incredible highlight to finish off a stellar season.

August: apparently was filled with baseball, racing, pool time and lots of x training and miles with friends!
It’s always fun to look back upon your month and reflect on how much we actually accomplish when we’re too busy to notice it in the moment. 🫶

Highlights include: trip to Cooperstown with Riley, Grit camp with Chicago ladies, solo workouts and grind, quick pool hotel getaway with the kids, coaching, upping my power cross training game💪
Non highlights: falling and hurting my knee, seeing Will but then him leaving😭
