I’ve been lucky to run in some of the most beautiful places on the planet. The Heverlee Forest (Herverleebos in Flemish) still ranks at the top of my list. Unlikely at this point it’ll ever be unseated. These manicured forest trails hold so many memories for me. From my earliest days as a pro finding my way on the European Circuit to sharing miles with the woman I’d eventually marry. I love Leuven. taken in Heverleebos by @williamleer

Ticked a box off Aisha’s bucket list today with a ride to Col d’Eze. Few things better than getting to explore the world with person you love. She even met one of her favorite cyclists, @neilsonpowless, at a bakery in La Turbie! What a day.

This morning I did one of the simple things that brings me joy. I went for a run with my dog. But I’m still sad. Like, really sad. Losing a friend is hard. Like, really hard. Being there for friends is important. Like, really important. If a friend calls you or texts you today, answer. They may really need you. Rest easy, Ciaran. taken in Lower Loop Trail, Crested Butte by @williamleer

When @shazrine ‘s mother, Rose, was denied a visa to come watch her race the 2026 @bostonmarathon, we knew it was integral to step up. Celebrating and supporting athletes to be their best is what gets me out of bed in the morning. This past week, in ways both big and small, being able to show Sharon how much we appreciate and love her at @uarunning has been a dream.

Working closely with @jonathanhutnyan in ideating, designing, creating and refining her custom Velociti Elite 3 was a blast. We hope she felt empowered and supported when she laced them up in Hopkinton.

Congratulations, Sharon, on defending your title. You truly are the Queen of Boston. taken in Boston, Massachusetts by @williamleer
