Some experiences are difficult to put into words. Not because there isn’t enough to say, but because the most meaningful parts aren’t always the things we can capture.

We came to Peru for adventure, connection, and perhaps a little space from the familiar. But somewhere between the mountains, the movement, the conversations, and the quiet moments, something deeper begins to unfold.

What continues to remind me why I love bringing people together in places like this is that we can share the same journey and yet experience it in entirely different ways.

Each person arrives with their own story. Their own reasons for being here. Their own discoveries waiting to happen.

And that’s the beauty of it.

We’re not quite finished with this adventure, and I’m in no hurry to rush to the end.

For now, just feeling incredibly grateful for this place, these people, and everything that’s unfolding along the way.

Peru, you have our hearts.🦙✨🇵🇪

Our fourth retreat in the Sacred Valley, and somehow each one just keeps getting more special. This past week was truly one for the books, made even more unforgettable by the incredible group of yogis who joined us.

Our theme was A Journey Through the Chakras, spending each day exploring a different energy center, beginning with the Root Chakra and working our way all the way up to the Crown. Through yoga, meditation, breathwork, workshops, and meaningful conversations, we explored what it means to bring these ancient teachings into our everyday lives.

And in between all of that…

We experienced the magic of Machu Picchu on the most perfectly clear, sunny day.

Enjoyed a beautiful picnic in the Andes Mountains, surrounded by llamas and breathtaking views.

Spent our days immersed in nature, soaking up the incredible gardens and peaceful energy of @willkatikaperu .

Nourished our bodies with the most delicious, fresh, plant-based meals.

Wandered through local markets, connected with Peruvian culture, and soaked up every bit of magic the Sacred Valley has to offer.

But as always, the most special part was the people. The connections, the laughter, the vulnerability, the growth, and the community that forms when a group of strangers comes together for an experience like this.

To everyone who joined us, thank you for making this week what it was. We are endlessly grateful that we get to share these experiences with you. 🙏

Four retreats in Peru, and this place will never stop feeling like magic. ⛰️✨

So much magic has already unfolded, and we’re only getting started.

🌈A very special week, that doesn’t fit in a post, that can’t be described in words!🌞♥️⛰️🇵🇪

🤎💦🔥🌬️🎶✨✨✨ The elements guided us through our week, and we connected to Andean cosmology as we journeyed on our meditations, yoga practices and adventures together.
