Top 100. Sidelined by my back, but not missing this. Huge thanks to @rbctrainingground and congrats to every athlete who competed at finals, especially my bobsled teammates. And who doesn’t like to see knights fight to round up the day!!!

Canada Summer Games ✅ 🥇

By far the best competition experience of my life. Much love to all my teammates for making the trip so fun, to the coaches and mission staff for planning the experience, and to my family and friends for their support through this season ❤️🙏 #letsgoteamO

And to top it off, visiting Newfoundland for the first time ever was a blast, amazing food, views, and community 🥂

Onto the off-season 🚀

saw some rocks, threw a rock, and won a rock too 🥉

in all seriousness, with the fatigue catching up after a long summer of competing and travelling, it was a ton of fun ending the season at Canada Summer Games. a huge thank you to newfoundland, all the coaches and staff on team O, and my teammates for actually taking photos of me on this trip 😄🫶🏾

🥇 1st place at the 2025 Canada Summer Games 🇨🇦🚀

My best series of the year: 67.51, 68.02, 65.84, 70.33, and a new PR of 71.01 🚀

I’m so happy to have performed this well in cold and windy conditions, after some knee issues, and after a much longer than anticipated season 🙏

Huge thanks to my Team Ontario Coaches, fellow athletes, and my family for their support

Excited to have some time off throwing and even more excited to see what next season brings 🔜🚀🥂

67.24 🚀 #NEWPR

Amazing competition and field of athletes today
Started off very rocky with two 56m throws, realized I was trying way too hard

I relaxed, got better rhythm, better positions, and better sequencing… and boom, 61, 65.67 (2nd vid), and a last round throw of 67.24

Auto-Q for nationals ✅

We’re so back.

Rust Busted.
First competition since September 2022.

New PR of 64.85

Another 64.68 from two angles

All throws from 3 steps into crossovers. Couple technical issues to fix moving forward but a step in the right direction!

Next competition 🔜 June 22nd 🚀🥂
