Your workouts aren’t the problem.

If you’re in your 40s or 50s and something still feels off - tight, stiff, not recovering like you used to - you’re not undertrained.

You’re locked up.

Your body has built up so much restriction and tension that it’s physically working against every rep, every run, every session you push through.

And no amount of extra effort fixes that.

Here’s what most people get wrong:

Secret 1 - It’s not about stretching more.
Static stretching on your own barely scratches the surface. Assisted stretch therapy bypasses the guarding reflex your nervous system uses to protect old injuries. That’s the difference between 5 minutes on a mat going nowhere and real, lasting change in how you move.

Secret 2 - You’re not “just built this way.”
Tightness isn’t a personality trait. It’s a protective pattern your nervous system learned - usually from old injuries, repetitive movement, or years of stress your body never fully released. It’s learned. That means it can be unlearned.

Secret 3 - You don’t need more time.
Most people spend hours a week foam rolling, resting, and hoping things loosen up. One targeted 25-minute session does more than all of it combined.

Here’s what changes when you move freely again:
→ More range. More power. Less compensating every rep.
→ Faster recovery between sessions.
→ Daily life without bracing for it.
→ Walking into the gym ready - not just showing up and grinding through.

Every session at RxD includes a movement assessment so we know exactly where you’re restricted, and targeted 1-on-1 assisted stretch work that goes where foam rollers can’t reach.

Comment STRETCH below and we’ll set up your free stretch consult.

No commitment. No equipment. Just 25 minutes that could change how you move for good.

If you’re a mom or know a mom, you probably know the feeling.

You spend so much time taking care of everyone else that your own body slowly moves further and further down the list.

The tight shoulders.
The stiff hips.
The stress that just sits there and never really leaves.

And most moms just push through it.

That’s why we wanted to do something a little different for Mother’s Day this year.

Not another candle.
Not another coffee mug.
Not another last-minute gift card.

Something that actually helps someone feel better.

This one’s for the moms… and for anyone who knows one 💛

For a limited time, we’re offering a special Mother’s Day stretch package at the same rate our long-term members receive.

Normally, a 25-minute stretch session is $60.

But through next week, you can grab a:

💐 4-Pack of 25-Minute Stretch Sessions for $174

That breaks down to just $43.50 per session.

This is the exact rate our 6-month members receive.

And honestly, this is where the magic really happens.

One stretch feels amazing.

But a short plan is what actually helps your body start to move better, loosen up, and hold onto the progress.

This is perfect if:
• You’re a mom who needs a reset
• You want to treat your wife to something she’ll actually use
• You’ve been curious about stretch therapy but haven’t tried it yet
• You know someone who gives everything to everyone else and deserves something for herself for once

And yes, this is open to everyone.

You can purchase it for yourself or gift it to someone special in your life.

We love our RxD moms. Seriously.

They show up.
They work hard.
They take care of their families.
They support everyone around them.

This is just a small way for us to pour back into them.

If you want us to set one up for you, just comment back with:

💛 Mother’s Day

…and we’ll help you get everything taken care of.

Love you too,
