People problems are rarely just people problems.

High turnover. Skills gaps. Low engagement. Leadership challenges. Unwanted workplace behaviors. Poor communication.

These issues don’t just affect culture, they affect performance, productivity, retention, and your bottom line.

At Kwin Consulting, we help organizations develop stronger leaders, engage teams, and create lasting change through leadership coaching, professional development, and people-centered solutions that deliver long-term results.

The question isn’t whether your organization has people challenges.

The question is: What is it costing you to leave them unaddressed?

The fastest way to improve communication isn’t speaking more, it’s listening better.

People don’t always remember what you said, but they remember how well you listened.

Listening to understand is a skill that builds trust, strengthens relationships, and improves leadership effectiveness.

Today will be a huge day in A1 Moving history as our crew takes on an incredible challenge — running 4 jobs all in the same day! This is a major milestone and a true reflection of how much A1 Moving continues to grow through hard work, dedication, and the trust of our customers. 🏠🚛✅🔥👍🏻

Veterans Scott Starnes and Winston Boykin will be tackling a 10,000-pound unload of boxes and furniture into a home in Limestone, TN. This would be no easy task for most, but when you’ve got guys like this ready to work, there’s a reason we keep getting called📞

CEO Matthew Taylor and Professional Moving Specialist Martin Mayne will be taking on a full-service move, packing, loading, and delivering approximately 7,500 pounds of furniture and household items from Gray, TN to the customer’s new home in Jonesborough, TN, with an extra pickup of some items from a storage unit as well. They are looking forward to the task at hand and giving their customer a great service!🔥🚛

Dedicated crew member CJ Watterson will be handling another job in the Gray area, taking on the challenge of helping a company out of New Jersey pack and load two 26-foot moving trucks. He is ready to get to work and will give it his all out there today.

On top of all that, the crew will also be juggling an additional 16-foot U-Haul pod unload in Piney Flats. Days like this don’t happen without an incredible team. This is more than just moving furniture — it’s teamwork, trust, determination, and the A1 way. Tomorrow will go down as an amazing and historic day in A1 Moving history, and we’re ready to show why our customers continue to trust us to get the job covered. 🚛🔥💪 #jobcovered

Kicked off 2026 the right way at GRID Knoxville’s first event of the year 🔥

Incredible energy in the room, powerful conversations, and top-tier speakers who delivered real value around prospecting, networking, and marketing. Huge shoutout to Courtney Scott (Alpha Media) for bringing it, along with everyone who helped make this event such a success.

Even better—love seeing the community come together to give back, with funds raised and donated to Second Harvest Food Bank 👏🏾 That’s what it’s all about.

Grateful for GRID Knoxville, the speakers, sponsors, everyone who showed up, and those behind the scenes making it happen. If this event was any indication… 2026 is going to be a big year 🚀 Looking forward to what’s ahead.

Saturday was one for the books! 🍊🔥 Our tailgate brought the energy, the food, the laughs, and the vibes — and if you were there, you already know we know how to throw a party. From good music to great conversations and even better people, it was nothing but good times all around. 🙌🍗🥤 The excitement in the air reminded us why Saturdays in Knoxville hit different. 💥 We couldn’t have asked for a better kickoff to the season!

Huge thank you to everyone who came out and kicked it with us — y’all made it special. 💯 The only thing better than Vol football on a Saturday is celebrating it with a community like this. 🏈🍻 We’re also incredibly thankful to our amazing sponsors who helped make this tailgate possible — your support makes a huge difference! 🙏 Together, we proved that when community and tradition meet, magic happens. ✨

This is what it’s all about: fun, fellowship, and unforgettable memories. Until the next one, just know we set the standard for tailgates in Knoxville. 😉🍊 Every single laugh, plate of food, and cheer reminded us how powerful it is when people come together. We’re already counting down to the next one, so be ready — because we’re just getting started! 🔥

💥 Big shoutout to my guy Winston Boykin (@crestecreations) — not only a great friend since college, but also one of the most driven and creative people I know. 🙌 From the start, Winston has always shown an incredible work ethic and genuine support for the people around him, and it’s been inspiring to watch his journey.

Through his business, Creste Creations, Winston brings ideas to life through graphic design, photography, and videography 🎨📸🎥. Whether it’s creating eye-catching designs or capturing powerful visuals, he has a true gift for helping brands and people stand out. His creativity and dedication shine through in every project he takes on.

I’m grateful to have Winston not only as a client but as a sponsor for our UT tailgate 🟠⚪️🍊. It means a lot to have his support, and I can’t wait to see how Creste Creations continues to grow. If you need someone who’s passionate, talented, and always striving for more — Winston is your guy. 🚀
