Last week, the Pure team had the opportunity to give back to our community by volunteering with WINS (Women in Need Society)! 💚

As part of Pure’s Women’s Health Month campaign, our team organized an office donation drive and spent the morning volunteering at the WINS Manchester store. From sorting donations to organizing and tidying the store, it was a great opportunity to support an organization making a meaningful difference in our community.

A big thank you to WINS for welcoming our team and for the important work you do to support women and families in need.

We’re proud to give back and grateful for the opportunity to make a difference together!

not the feet 😂 (sorry not sorry) anyways for me it’s not a hot girl fall without a hot girl thrift trip <3 and tbh if you’re still not thrifting or use the ‘it’s not for me excuse’ genuinely what??

if you know me, you KNOW I love a good thrift trip!! 🤎✨ Some of my favourite clothing pieces are thrifted and some of my favourite home finds are also thrifted!!

My current mission is to whimsy-fy our home 🍂🕯️ so we went thrifting!!!! WINS @winsyyc is always my go to! I donate exclusively here, and I love knowing that $0.87 of every dollar spent goes toward their programs and services supporting women and families in our community. 🫶🏼 WINS is a Calgary based charity that reinvests revenue from its thrift stores into helping women and families thrive.

When I’m in the right mood...I could spend HOURS browsing thrift stores 😂 I still need more goodies for our home, so I’ll definitely be back at a WINS near me soon hehe but for now, here’s a little look at what I tried on and what came home with me!

Disclaimer: WINS gifted me a $100 gift card for this thrift trip. I’ve shopped here frequently long before this collaboration (like for years), have found some of my all time favourite jackets and clothing pieces here, and have shared my love for WINS on this page without ever being paid to do so. I genuinely love what they do and the work they support in our community. 🤎

One very full day in my Calgary life 🇨🇦

Walking the city, discovering new places, borrowing books, bargain hunting, and squeezing everything in before heading home.

First things first, I took the kids to daycare at 8:30

Walking tour starts with @calgarylibrary
Calgary’s Best Walks with @lorifitfrog 🥰🍂
6–7 km through parts of the city I usually just pass by.

Enjoying the lovely weather and autumn colors 🍁♥️😍

Parks, stairs, neighbourhoods & some seriously good views.
And our guide @lorifitfrog made the whole experience so great.

Back at the library
Our tour ends where it started: Memorial park library.
Obviously I couldn’t leave without borrowing something 📚

Finally eating!
First meal of the day 😅
Overnight oats + chia, fruit, nuts, maple syrup & an egg.

Peaceful birdies

Thrifting tiiiime 🥳
First Wednesday of the month = @winsyyc stop 🛍️
Then @valuevillage_thrift because I had a 40% off kids’ clothing coupon.

Heading home 🏡
Two full bags later… time to go home 😂
Busy, tiring, but such a good day ♥️

From the thrift store to my home ✨ Here’s what I picked up at WINS Glenbrook—and how I’m making it my own. Because the best part of a thrift haul is actually putting those finds to use! 💛

Which find would you have brought home?

Missed the shopping trip? Head to part one to come browse with me! 🛒

Come thrift with me at WINS Glenbrook! 🛒✨ A little browsing, a little treasure hunting, and plenty of “wait… that’s cute.” Half the fun is imagining what you could do with the things you find!

Find this location at 67 Glenbrook Pl SW!

Watch for part two to see what came home with me and how I’m using it. 👀

Getting to run errands alone, thrift and @winsyyc , AND finish it off with my favourite @phillyscanada sandwhich? Yes please.

If you enjoy some spice seriously try the Cajun chicken grinder. It’s worth the hiccups.

Also @winsyyc has tons of Halloween stuff right now and for good prices. In case you’re looking.
