🍊 It’s National Coach Day! 🧡

The hype crew. The motivators. The playlist curators. The ones who somehow convince us we have one more push left. 😂🔥

We’re celebrating our amazing OTF Pasadena coaches today! Thank you for bringing the energy, making us sweat, making us laugh, and making every class a little more fun.

We seriously hit the coach jackpot. 🧡🍊 We love you, coaches!

2026 has been quite the year, both good and (really) bad. Here are some pics from the last couple of months (I’m so boring, basically I work and work out and drink on the weekends). So grateful for These beautiful humans in my life. Not everyone deserves your friendship, and that is one lesson I’ve learned (in the most painful way) the past few months. Im so lucky to have my tribe!! Just grateful there is still good in the world 😃

May 2026. Not what I anticipated, but so proud of myself for getting through it despite the immense grief and hurt. Celebrated 4 years of Yoshi, still missing Nathan (slide 3, I get to carry him with me everywhere I go), and just working my ass off to build myself back up 🥰

Starting 4/27, you can enter the studio up to 10 minutes before class! Keep an eye out for the sign flipping to open—that’s your green light 🙌

What can you do with the extra time?
✨ Warm up at your assigned station
✨ Stretch it out on the floor if room allows
✨ Chat with your friends
✨ Ask your coach questions

🚫 No weights during warm-up time

Heads up: some days may not allow the full 10 minutes, so we appreciate your flexibility!

Coach will cue class start—come ready 💪 and keep in mind there is no entry after 5 minutes!

March 2026 was the absolute worst month of my life. My heart is so broken still. There are no words that can describe what it’s like losing your triplet brother and best friend unexpectedly at the age of 37. So grateful for my family, friends, and OTF community. Thank you everyone who has checked in and made my heart feel just a little lighter 🥺❤️ on to April.

Help us wish a VERY happy birthday to Coach Garmen! 🎉🧡

Thank you for bringing the energy, the motivation, and the push we all need to hit those splat points. Our studio wouldn’t be the same without you!

Drop some birthday love for Coach Garmen in the comments! 🎂🔥

Coach Garmen just dropped the cheat code for crushing the 12-minute benchmark tomorrow and we are NOT gatekeeping.

Save this → try it → humblebrag later. YOU GOT THIS! 🏃🏻

December 2025 was filled with so much love and intentional energy ✨

Cultivating/strengthening old and new friendships
Saying “yes” to everything and creating core memories
Nala’s last sprint pre-surgery (reached 7:16 min/mi pace)

I know this post is late, but better late than never! Truly grateful for all the wonderful people in my life ❤️

This video is long overdue. A dear friend @hapagirlcrafts gifted this beautiful image to me last Christmas, which I cherish dearly. The moment I saw it, I knew I wanted to recreate the image. While it took me nearly a year to get my act together, I got it done. Did the images turn out the way I wanted it to? Not quite, but while attempting to do so (emphasis on attempt), there were so many happy moment and laughs throughout... I just had to share. Happy New Year everyone! Cheers to new adventures, new memories, and a fresh start!
