Why asking better Questions can be life changing!

Ever since I started asking myself better questions, my life started to change for the better too.

Most of our lives have become so busy today, that we have lost the connection to ourselves.

Asking questions can bring that connection back and with it a lot of clarity and healing.

You see, we initiate many life-changing processes when we start asking the right questions:

• We bring awareness to our life or a specific area.

• We automatically start to question our existing beliefs.

• We build confidence because we also solidify the beliefs that are already working for us.

• Getting clear on what works for us and what doesn’t, what is important and what isn’t, will give us loads of clarity and direction.

• The better we get to know ourselves, the deeper we connect with ourselves. More love, compassion and understanding for others and ourselves is the result of that.

All this and much more, just because of asking better questions! Mind blowing!

Feeling like moving in cycles?
If you can relate to that you definitely do not want to skip this article.
Yep, I have been there many times in my life. I was seeing the patterns very clearly and I had the feeling that I am at the exact same spot where I had been a year before. It was a horrible feeling. All kinds of emotions running through me in a matter of seconds. Anger, frustration, helplessness, sadness and a lot of disappointment.

The feeling of being lost is something that has accompanied me my whole life. To feel that again after I had made so many steps towards my dreams was heartbreaking. Not knowing where to go or what I want is one of the worst feelings I know. That moment you feel you haven’t moved the tiniest bit and you are still in the exact spot you had started.
Well, let me help you to change your perspective a bit. Luckily, I had quite a few realizations at that moment. Life makes you hit these walls over and over again in order to change you or teach you something.
