Pisces ♓️
Sensitive, but not weak.
Kind, but definitely not stupid.
Dreamy? Absolutely.

I overthink, I feel everything, I disappear into my own world… and somehow still get shit done. 😏
Very Pisces of me.

Pisces — accurate or not? ♓️
Pisces, do you relate?
Non-Pisces… is this how you see us? 👀#ivonkawhythehelnot #notdoneyet #dreaming

8 YEARS. 💙🙌

Eight years of FAITH.
Eight years of FRIENDS.
Eight years of FITNESS.
Eight years of FUEL.

What started with a few women working out together in a park has grown into something I never could have imagined. And looking around yesterday—at the women, the friendships, the laughter, the workouts, the encouragement and this incredible community—my heart was FULL. 🥹💙

God has been so faithful through every season of this journey.

To every woman who has walked through the doors of FaithFully Fit, every instructor who has poured into this community, and every person who has prayed for us, encouraged us, shared our mission or simply showed up—THANK YOU.

Yesterday wasn’t just a birthday party.

It was a celebration of what God has done over the last 8 years… and all that is still to come. 🙌

So today, we RAISE A HALLELUJAH. 🙏💙

Happy 8th Birthday, FaithFully Fit!

The best is yet to come. ✨

🔥 Meet some of the women who showed up STRONG this morning! 💪

We wrapped up FaithFully Fit Strong with a lower-body burnout — squats to “Bring Sally Up” 😅🔥 And yes… those legs were FEELING it!

But one of my favorite parts of FaithFully Fit is the women beside you doing the hard things right along with you. 💙

👋 Get to know a few of the faces who joined us this morning!

Faith. Friends. Fitness. Fuel.
Stronger together — one squat at a time. 💪
