Some things are felt before they’re understood. Sound has a way of changing how we experience a moment. It can change the tone of voice in our minds, shift our energy and create space to breathe. When we began thinking about how to deepen the Synq Wellness experience, sound felt like a natural next step. Today, I’m so excited to introduce Synq Wellness Soundscapes, created in collaboration with @biancalee. Bianca has brought her beautiful understanding of sound into our world, creating immersive meditation soundscapes and mindfulness audio to accompany the moments when you want to take a breath and reset. This feels like a really special milestone. What began with movement has grown into a space for the mind, body and soul. Synq Wellness Soundscapes are now live. 🤍 I hope you find something in them that becomes part of your own ritual. #Soundscapes #MeditationSoundscape #Mindfulness #WomensWellness #SynqWellness soundscapes, meditation soundscape, calming soundscape, relaxation audio, guided meditation

There are a few things that bring me back to summers as a kid: drinking an ice-cold glass of Orzata (a sweet almond syrup mixed with water) and picking fruit and vegetables with my Nonno. While my parents were at work, my sister and I spent summer days at my Nonna and Nonno’s house. There was nothing like playing outside and having Nonna come out with an ice-cold pitcher of Orzata on a hot summer day. Their backyard was full of vegetables, fruit trees and flowers. Nonno would get us to help pick whatever was ripe. Apricots were one of my favourites—I have vivid memories of picking them right off the tree and eating them. These memories still feel like yesterday, and I’ll carry them with me forever. ❤️ One of this week’s specials is inspired by those childhood summers: 🧡Apricot & Almond Hand Pie — Sweet and tart apricot filling in the classic buttery, flaky crust with an almond (Orzata) glaze. I was also passed down something incredibly special—my Nonna’s recipe cards and some of her pots and pans. I photographed this hand pie in the pan she used to make her focaccia. She isn’t able to cook like she used to, but I’ll always remember her cooking, and now I get to keep a little piece of that with me in my own kitchen. 🍑🧅 Grilled Peach, Cipollini Onion & Raw Water Buffalo Cheddar Tart — Glazed @footsteporganics cipollini onions, Sicilian garlic butter with garlic from @thecuttingvegto , grilled peaches from @bizjakfarms and @monfortedairy Penence cheese. Finished with Clover Road Farms honey, lemon zest and thyme! 💜 Ozark Plum Pie — Mildly sweet and tangy Ozark plums in the classic buttery, flaky crust. 🍑 Peach Pie — Sweet summer peaches from @bizjakfarms in the classic buttery, flaky crust. The Tomato & Basil Pesto Tart and Leek & Potato Hand Pie are also back, plus new Peach and Bumbleberry hand pies! Limited amounts of these specials will be available at @lesliemarket on August 23 and @soraurenmarket on August 24! Pre-orders open tomorrow Thursday August 20 at 12pm for those on the Sweet List (link in bio) and 1pm for those not on it (link in bio)!! Thank you so much for supporting Sonia’s Sweets!!!🥧❤️ #pie #farmersmarket #toronto

It has been a year and a half since I started my podcast, The Untamed Divine, and a whole lot of life has happened since. Joy. Grief. Anger. Disappointment. Growth. Love. Success. And some profound moments of gratitude. If you’ve been here for a while, you’ll know it began as Too Much, Not Enough before evolving into what it is today. I consistently encourage my clients, students and listeners to pause and celebrate along the way. Otherwise, we risk chasing the next high without ever settling into what is real, meaningful, and already right in front of us. So today, I’m pausing. I’m reflecting on how showing up to the mic each week has fundamentally changed me. The version of me who began this podcast in April 2025 had no idea how deeply life would ask her to surrender, expand, and remember who she was. She didn’t know how many timelines would shift, how many forgotten parts of herself she would reclaim, or how much clarity would be created through the simple act of continuing. And through all of it, one thing remained consistent: I kept coming back to the mic. In Episode 100, I’m sharing the lessons this podcast has taught me and how they can become pillars of a more abundant, magnetic, and deeply rooted life. Listen through the link in my bio.

We collaborated with @hatchforsleep to make your nighttime routine a grounding, soulful ritual, and completely phone free ☺️💫 The brand new channel, Night Sky Cello Sound Baths has five sound bath experiences for you to choose from, each calling in different tones and feelings to reflect your evening mood. In our creation process we really took the time to commune with each constellation, feeling in for different colours, what kind of expression it was asking for, and even the key that resonated best. After we finished recording we noticed how subjective your experience can be and how different days and moods call for different kinds of sounds and support! And that that is totally okay - you can love something new today that you didn’t yesterday. We loved crafting these tracks for you, to meet you wherever you are at the end of your day, and carry you gently into sleep. 🌙 To learn more, go to Hatch.co . . . #nophone #sleeppeacefully #nighttimeroutine
