🍂 Building Community, One Partnership at a Time 🍂

This weekend, The Nourish Spot was honored to partner with the UPS Black Business Resource Group (BRG) for their 1st-ever Fall Family Festival in Southeast Queens — a beautiful celebration of family, culture, and community pride. 💛📦

We were thrilled to serve our signature mocktails and fresh wraps, nourishing attendees as they connected and celebrated local small business love.

What made this partnership even more meaningful was the ripple effect. During UPS BRG team’s first visit to The Nourish Spot, we introduced them to our next-door neighbors — @litstyleprinting_ , a Black-owned print shop run by two young brothers. That simple hello led to Lit Style being hired to produce special sweatshirts for the event… and today, they are officially a UPS supplier. 🙌🏾

That’s the power of community collaboration — when big corporations invest locally, local emerging businesses grow together.

Thank you, UPS, for choosing SE Queens small businesses and for being open to creating real opportunities that extend beyond the day’s event.

I always tell people I graduated from New York’s only HBCU — SUNY Old Westbury — and if you know anything about my small SUNY on Long Island, it’s that there’s nothing small about us! 💚
