POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

One of the most satisfying parts of being an artist is when a client sends me a photo of my work hanging in their home. 🤍
I spend so much time with each painting in my studio—

watching it evolve, changing it, living with it—and then one day it leaves me and becomes part of someone else’s space and story.

Seeing where a painting ultimately lands, and how beautifully it becomes part of a home, makes me so happy. It’s such a special reminder that the life of a painting continues long after it leaves the studio.

Thank you to all of my collectors who share these moments with me. I absolutely LOVE seeing them!

words truly cannot express how magical 2025 was for the intuitive creative! 💫

my mind still can’t wrap around all the highlights of this year — from 3 sold out events to getting into the top 30% of video podcasts on spotify. 🤩

but the moments that stood out to me most were the smaller, quieter moments in between: watching your vision boards come to life, seeing new (and familiar!) faces at events, watching you make new connections, partnerships that have now turned into friendships and deep conversations that inspire you (and me!) to chase after your dreams. 🥰

2025 pushed me outside my comfort zone, lit a spark of confidence and growth and reaffirmed that the intuitive creative is my purpose in life. i feel incredibly lucky to live this dream out loud and it’s all thanks to you. 🥹

thank YOU for tuning in every month, following along on social media and attending my events. i wouldn’t be here without your unconditional love and support. everything i do is for you and helping you live your best, most creative life! 🤍

i can’t wait to see what’s in store for us this year. there’s much more on the horizon that i’m eager to share with you very soon! ✨✨

Elena’s Cuban Black Beans 🫘 🇨🇺

SCROLL ⬇️ recipe

By popular demand, I’m delighted to share the recipe you’ve all been waiting for. This treasured recipe, passed down from Elena, a Cuban mother-in-law, through my dear friend, is guaranteed to impress. Enjoy 😊

Ingredients:
1 lb dried black beans
10 cups water (plus more as needed)
½ cup olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon dried oregano
1 bay leaf
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon brandy (or a splash)
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons dry red or white cooking wine
Instructions:
Soak the Beans: Rinse the black beans thoroughly. Place them in a large pot with 10 cups of water and soak overnight.
Cook the Beans: The next day, bring the beans and soaking water to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until the beans are tender, about 1 to 1.5 hours. Stir occasionally, and add more water if needed to keep the beans covered.
Sauté the Aromatics: While the beans are cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper and sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Combine and Simmer: Pour the sautéed onion mixture into the pot with the cooked beans. Add the salt, pepper, oregano, bay leaf, and sugar. Stir well.
Final Simmer: Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for another 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Finish with Flavor: Stir in the brandy, red wine vinegar, and cooking wine. Simmer for an additional 15-30 minutes, or until the flavors have melded and the sauce has thickened slightly.
Serve: Remove the bay leaf before serving. Enjoy!😋

A quick breathing tool to help you when you are feeling stressed or anxious. The flower breathing method where you use your hand as a symbol of a flower. When you open your palm/hand you inhale and you exhale when you close your hand and repeat as many times as you like. Breathing activates your parasympathetic nervous system which helps you rest and digest.
