Absolutely blown away by last night!!

42 of you booked in for the very first event, and I honestly don’t have the words. There have definitely been a few happy tears.

It was sooo much fun getting a little spicy workout in with you, turning up the music and seeing you all in your anything but activewear. What a bloody good night.

And the next one is officially booked..

Over the last two years, there hasn’t been a week where I haven’t attended a class taught by at least one of these incredible women.⁣
⁣
I’ve shown up when I was feeling strong and motivated. I’ve shown up when I didn’t feel like coming at all. I’ve left classes feeling powerful. I’ve left classes feeling humbled. But every single time, I’ve walked away grateful for the chance to get out of my head and back into my body.

Seeing daughters beside their mums at every age honestly got me 🥹🤍

From the little girls copying every movement mum was doin to the grown women still showing up beside their mummas.

Such a beautiful morning celebrating motherhood, connection and the incredible women in our lives ✨
