We’ve lost 91kg between us. 🤯

53kg for @withrenae
38kg for me

But this post isn’t really about what we’ve lost, it’s about what we’ve gained 🤍

I met this beautiful and calm soul through @evidencebased_training in June and I’m so grateful I did 💓

And now we get to stand side by side and model for @evdnce something that feels so incredibly empowering after everything our bodies have been through. To feel confident, celebrated and seen exactly as we are is pretty special 🥹

Sometimes the best part of a journey is the people and opportunities you find along the way 🙌🏽

Thank you @adam_sullo and @evidencebased_training for connecting us, believing in us and giving us moments like these. 🤍🫶🏼

It’s something I will never take for granted and feel so grateful to be apart of this community 🥹

I still feel so honoured to stand alongside these incredible women. What they’ve achieved is just amazing! @its_sarahpage @its_jessmillerr @kim.bernard.1965 @withrenae

If you’ve been thinking about joining the next challenge, let this be your sign. You never know where it might take you 🤍

A huge thank you to @adam_sullo and the entire EBT team for having me!
