I didn’t want to keep making excuses for a body and lifestyle that I knew weren’t serving me especially as a parent and someone who wants to lead by example.

I decided that the pros of change far outweighed the cons and that “your comfort zone isn’t actually all that comfortable anyway”

I found @adam_sullo talking about simple fatloss tips like eating in a deficit, choosing movement you enjoy, utilising caffeine and zero sugar, sleep, volume eating, steps, eating foods you enjoy, still eating dessert and I thought I can do that.

So I started with the free advice he was giving on @evidencebased_training. I won a free 2 day meal plan and then signed up to an 8 week challenge.

I learnt that consistency matters more than perfection because if I stumbled all I had to do was get back on track as quickly as possible afterwards and things would keep moving!

I unlearned all of the toxic food and training noise I had picked up over my life and I started looking at everything differently.
It was no longer a magical thing I wish would start happening and it was now a reps in the bank equal numbers down on the scale. It was simple maths.

I fell in love with the journey and who I was becoming.

I couldn’t even jog when I started this journey.

In fact, nothing in my life indicated I’d be here. Fit, healthy, happy and pushing new limits.

Let this be your reminder to look beyond your current circumstances.

Stop waiting for life to change. Get up and run directly at the thing you’re dreaming of.

You have no idea what you’re capable of until you give yourself the chance to find out.

Honest opinion
After filming this I wore them to the gym and on long a bike ride.
I can confidently say they feel amazing on and much like a second skin.
Absolutely no restrictions they move so well with you.
